If Betsoft is the operator of Betcoin (and they are) and Betsoft has a gaming license in Curacao, then Betcoin uses this license, this is logic!

Betcoin needs a license to legally launder the defrauded millions from customers. And while I do not know if true, I am pretty sure that all skins on the WPN need a license to be accepted. Because the WPN serves the US market and they do not want to risk that US authorities have something to attack them if one skin has no license and operates illegal.
