Honestly I'm sure there's a legitimate reason (health or otherwise) but I'd have to agree, it's time to move this to the scam accusation thread. At the very least it will get you some more exposure and maybe he'll hear about it somehow to come pay you back or explain himself.

Agreed.  Time to escalate - two months is definitely time enough for the benefit of the doubt to be given and a person to at the very least look in and say "Hey there!" and give an explanation as to why they are away.

I would like to think xetsr has a reasonable explanation, however, zazarb needs to be repaid.

Almost three months now... I'm not sure what to expect here. Xetsr used to be active everyday trading in Paypal funds as well as taking out loans that are in the line of 3-5 BTC each time. Hopefully he can come back and make a repayment.

Yes, I know his history, especially when the last months, it traded almost exclusively with me.
Here I expected that founds people who know him personal in real life.

I think people just got busy at the same time. It looks like a pattern but when you look at the ~900k users on bitcointalk it's a teenie tiny amount of people that were away for a bit. Summer holidays maybe?


It's wayyyy past the time to make this a scam accusation. I would have done it after a month of bothering anything. I guess it depends when you were expecting the money back though.

Go here and change your "trust depth" to 4, so you can see all the users on DT.

If xetsr is *gone* then there should be no real reason for him to be removed from the Default Trust network. He is not leaving any new (potentially "bad") trust ratings, and the trust ratings he previously left are presumably accurate enough so that he was previously in the Default Trust network, and xetsr defaulting on a loan does not change that.
