Yes I think that it can be the new era of money but we still have to see this of course because nothing is sure these days.
in fact it is the currency of new era, because the new generation are giving preference to computer, interment and to crypto currency as they like online shopping therefore for this purpose they are giving preference to bitcoin as crypto currency.

Yeah and the biggest advantage is the non reversible nature of this currency. Because every day I listen from my friends that someone scammed them by sending hacked funds, reversed a transaction and a lot more, with bitcoins all these possibilities get eliminated.

Then maybe bitcoin can help your friends, and every person you attract and eventually adopted is a great help for the whole economy of bitcoin. There's good benefits of using bitcoin and tell them based on your experience, it's irreversible, meaning our funds cannot be freeze like the government has been doing with suspected illegal transactions. Here's it's all about comfort as now law at all.

It does come at a cost though

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible but this pretty much means that if you send your coins to a wrong address you can safely kiss them goodbye. And what's more regrettable, you can just as well lose your coins by sending them to a non-existing address. And when someone creates this address (which is highly unlikely but still), he will be greatly surprised to see a bonus awaiting him. Does any desktop wallet have a feature of checking for the address existence or it simply makes no sense because most addresses are used only once?

For PayPal user that have a lot of bad experience with disputes and chargebacks
Maybe bitcoin is more than a safe haven , it escape them from scam practice
Digital era is near,  people just need to adopt it in mass
And digital money/cryptocurrency will be needed around the world as time goes by.

Bitcoin and Paypal is very different, if some has a bad experience with bitcoin he cannot complain because no support would answer. I believe we just have to be loyal to whoever gives us the good service and everyone of us has our own experience. For me, I'll say bitcoin is the best.

I'm not sure if the youth or the new generation if preferring bitcoin over other currencies or not but i can surely agree that the young ones are totally attached to computer systems or technology, so that might be a good sign for bitcoin in future that they might think of using a new and easier currency for online stuff which is bitcoin.

The new generation and youth will addict this Bitcoin very quickly because it's easy money and also this cryptocurrency have more value in digital currency. How the digital world will improve like that, this bitcoin also become popular. I think yes this bitcoin is the new era of currency. In future, it will prove.

Even if they do not like Bitcoin, they have to adapt to the new technologies and innovations. Bitcoin is the only way for us to escape the centralized system. As long as we know how to use our Bitcoin, we are free and we are not controlled by our government. I think there will be a lot of arguments about bitcoin appear in the future in order to determine whether Bitcoin is good or not

I thought bitcoin itself had a protocol for checking if the sending address is valid, and if you mistype the address the coins don't send?

A Bitcoin address can't contain certain symbols which could be mistaken for other symbols (e.g. 0 and O), and that should be checked by the wallet you are using, though I didn't try it out personally so I basically don't know what will happen. I guess if a transaction with an invalid address (not to be confused with a non-existing address) somehow hits the network (say you send it manually), it will end up rejected by the miners...

Someone more knowledgeable may want to chime in on this

since their bitcoin, so many other coins are trying to undermine the position of bitcoin. it is because bitcoin have a considerable influence in the world economy at a person. bitcoin has been much in the interest of big operators. so, bitcoin has the potential to be used as currency. after it happened, so many new coins appear, and it may change the currency system in the future.

I think the purpose of some of the characters inside the bitcoin address are being used for the purpose of checking errors (checksum). But I'm not familiar on which exact characters are being used for confirming the address is indeed valid and isn't just a simple address with wrong of missing character.

I quite agree that Bitcoin is the new era currency although this might not be achieved very soon but I believe its achievable and the reason for my acceptance is the issue of acceptability of bitcoin in which you will find at least quite a number of people using it in a particular country which means the acceptability cuts across borders and world politics.
i am sure bitcoin is the new value of currency in the future internet because there is many benefit that bitcoin itself offers for the user. and i think bitcoin is the new money and we can buying foods and etc in the future with bitcoin.

As qouted in this article https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/enjoy-bitcoin-new-era-cryptocurrencydigital-currency-azad bitcoin is the new era of currency. And I agree to this statement that bitcoin is the key to the new era of currency. Blockchain technology will be copied and will be widely used even by banks and other insitutions. With the success of bitcoin as a good example banks are considering to launch a blokchain based fiat digital currency. And among other countries maybe the first country to go cashless will be China since they will release their fiat digital currency prototype this September 2017 to replace the Chinese Yuan.

That would be possible that bitcoin can be the king of not only crytocurrency but also the new era of currency but hoping that fiat will still continue to exist because not all people can easily adopt bitcoin and we have no idea yet what world we are waiting if bitcoin will just be made as a currency and no fiat.
