this is yet another good news about this awesome altcoin.

litecoin is one of those coins that lays low and stays stable at a price and slowly gets developed by the team behind it without anybody knowing and this is always the time when most investors are buying it and when everybody knows about the good news like this they run to buy and it gets pumped.

This is far from a "gimmick". Hardware wallets will become part of the needed infrastructure in the cryptosphere in the future. Do you think the creation of a hardware wallet is only a gimmick?

Than it is just as much a "gimmick" as the new features of say monero or any other coin that is being developed that is not bitcoin.

Hardware wallets supporting coins is important and going to be more important when the less tech savvy come and claim their spot in this ecosystem. They need to be able to securely hold their coins without worrying about them.

this is a great news for litecoin because not only it is a good way of securing your funds but also this can make the price move a little upwards too.

but the main thing that i get out of this news is that there are enough people holding litecoin as long term that there was a need for a more secure wallet so Trezor took the initiative.
