How Many Millions of People Use Bitcoin?

As I see some people here even voted for "what is bitcoin?" Must be that was a joke, cause if you are here you have to know what is bitcoin for sure.
I think bitcoin use over 2 million of people. The most number of users in China, India and USA. So by my calculation 1 million of users in China, close to 1 in India and about half of the million users in USA and something the same for all remaining world. But professional reseaurses  can give you more clear statistic than mine.

Yes, he sounds very logical. It is very important that the survey should provide detail information because there are many factors to consider when answering this type of question. Yoou can't just jump into conclusion in answering the question.

I think it's 2 millions of members that we have right now, or more. That is only to my rough estimation. And in my observation we have member here that has multiple account in bitcoin talk.org meaning the 2 millions can possible to multiply in to 2 or more.

bitcointalk is not a very good measure to the bitcoin world. also making wild assumptions about multiple accounts is no help and the reason why people have no good number and take wild guesses. try a more reasonable approach. like asking how many wallets are there with bitcoin on them.

We do not have device to calculate the number of users of bitcoin we need just enjoy collecting bitcoin to have more money on the time of the value of bitcoin would be double or triple the current value.

Yes, I guess the users are mostly located in Europe, Asia and North America but I don't think they're more than 5 million, so I said 3 millions.

One thing is for sure that bitcoin community is growing at a moment and more and more people are putting their money in bitcoins but its hard to calculate how many millions of people are using bitcoin at a moment.

Yes true no one can predict the number of users bitcoin. But I believe bitcoin users is still very small and there is no 40% of the world population. Bitcoin is still new and its development is still slow.

Here in the philippines bitcoins is not much popular because many people close their mind in this business they want a business that not coming from the internet or computer, just only few peoples only using bitcoins here maybe after 3 to 5 years bitcoin will become popular here and other stores will use it for payment purposes.

Adoption would  really takes  time especially to those   developing countries  out there.  It would really be hard  to  introduce bitcoin  on their  businesses  because  people  do always used to  use  fiat and  they  dont tend  to accept bitcoin on their   goods or services.

I think it needs more time to introduce bitcoin here in the philippise because television media doesn't know it or introducing it maybe it has reason in corruption because bitcoin has no tax and the government can't get money if they introduce bitcoin, media here is in controlled by government corrupt but other stores like paying bills is now accepting bitcoins here.

I think they already know what bitcoin is, they just think that it won't benefit them if they focus on it.  Aside from that they are into the government system at this point and allegations on the president toward DDS and EJK and the current situation of PH and CH relationship with regards to the scarborough shoal. And the PH and US relationship with regards of Pres. Digong's statments.  There had been a previous project done here (created a token for PH and announced here but it was stopped due to funding issues)

I do not agree with you. I think there are at least 10 million people using bitcoin at the moment. In my country, although there is a law of bitcoin using restriction, more than 100000 people are having bitcoin in their wallets. And currently, more and more people are willing to learn more about bitcoin, to see what bitcoin can bring to our life and to seek for bitcoin advantages. Therefore, i think, there will be more than 1 billion people know about bitcoin in the future

I think at this point bitcoin users very much. I can not guess how many hundreds of millions or billions. but if we look at the site blockchain purses, wallets blockchain themselves have created 9 million wallet. I think because blockchain is the official website of bitcoin transactions.
