I think NXC will not have problems with SEC. NXC is game coin, it is not interesting to SEC ithink.

Everything is trite simple, the last time developers without any warnings postponed the release date for 3 months, and now everything is very vague without any exact dates, although the development of the game has been running for a year
The game is definitely there, and it will come out, but all that the developers give is the new images of the logo
