So obviously i am seeing more post saying that how to quit gambling for good, how to easily quit gambling, what are the other things should i do to forget gambling. but i doubt that the certain advises being said over and over again are being applied by those person so i am trying to switch the topic of telling instead the primary lessons that you learned after gambling that you can surely used in the future preference when you want to quit gambling.

I biggest lesson that I have learned from gambling is to never gamble with you last money and never rely on gambling that is also something that many people do. Gambling is not going to help you pay your bills it will rather take your money away that you have to use for your bills.

I think the best thing i've learned is not to chase losses, if you lost your first deposit do not deposit again. you'll lose the second deposit as well because you've lost the control and desperately want to win everything back no matter what.

You learn that gambling isn't a sure win thing, and that there are no always working methods. You also learn good money management methods, when to quit and other stuff if you gamble smart, and not just YOLOing on every single bet.

for me a little easier to quit gambling, I play gambling with free money, when I lose until not have any more money, I'll stop bitcoin, until I can get more free money, it could be a week or even a month more. so for me it really easy if I wanted to stop gambling now. because at this time I gamble really just try luck is not concerned with the outcome of loss, if win is a bonus. so no lessons I took after playing gambling.

Lesson number 1 for me is to listen to your heart. More often than not my bets would have won if I followed my intuition. However I have been swayed back in the last minute following the most popular tips for the day which ended up losing in the end. I will say it again: if you are sure about something and feel like it's the right decision, then go for it! Statistics can be wrong and favorites can lose. Also sometimes it's more lucrative to bet against the public as scary as this might sound

"Always set loss and gain goals before you start gambling" This i consider as bigger lesson i have ever learned with gambling and to limit my gambling addiction. Another good lesson was to not deposit amount that you can't afford to loss.

Do not bet when we are in dire need of money. Bet when we're in a state of pleasure. When our minds are being relaxed the possibility to take clearly decisions are enormous. And when we're burdened with problems, primarily financial, it is very possible to take a bad decision.

I agree on this, it will limit your lost and limit youur gain also but the best reward is that it keep you sane. It is a bad habbit to give it all while you are gambling, time, money. It will only lead you to addiction. And we all know that gambling addiction brings alot of problem especially in financial and social life.

Yup, the gambling addiction is very dangerous to our personal life. It will spoil everything and it makes us lose our money and also our loved once. So I too agree on this set a target and play, if you reach that target stop playing. Then this will you to lose more money. What I learned from gambling means self-control.

The primary lesson i earned after gambling is to gamble just with small amounts , and just sometimes (not daily) for fun , not for making money or earning the living.

To some who wins, the most primary lesson that they will get is that they can easily earn money, with the correct skills to apply and luck to have at that time. But for some who had been lose, I believed the most primary lesson that they will get is to stop gambling as early as possible, since it will not do any better to them, But that can only be applied if they didn't enjoy the game.

i think it is not so easy and not so simple to forget about gambling and stop it at once, i have personal experience that i have seen so many people who stop gambling for so many time but then they start gambling again and again.

take up golf or work out when you feel bored and want to gamble. Or a big lesson is don't gamble enough to where it's just awful if you lose. Keep it recreational.

I follow a few simple rules:
1. Don't gamble money that I can't afford to lose. When I start a session, I consider it lost. Anything left over or profit is a "bonus" at the end of the session. 2. Use proper bankroll management 3. Keep bet sizes consistent. You don't want to lose all your gains with a single loss. 4. When you feel you are going tilt, stop playing. It is not worth it, not fun anymore and it will cause you to make big mistakes.

Things I learned after impulsive gambling during the beginning of my gambling career: 1. Never gamble when you are sleepy or mentally tired. Never. You tend to make more impulsive mistakes then. 2. Don't set gambling win/loss goals for the day. Rather set wager goals and stick to them strictly. Will add some more later.

i think that the best way to do that is to just find some hobbies that would get your attention from gambling

yes it was the first lesson you will get when you experienced a lost because you are trying to recover your lost but everything went wrong you just burn more money for bookies and regret it forever. and the other lesson are about how to be a patient man not a passionate man in gambling.
