Just reload that wallet from the genesis and restore your private key.  I had 2500 coins there....

No, I did not expect the pool crash to corrupt the file

That's what backups are for. Since you're holding other people's money you need to take responsibility for this. Rent some hash and mine 20K coal then send it to the people who lost out. simple and cheap solution.
