You mean if the user wants to change the mobile phone then want to remove 2fa function for time being to add in the new device then they need to contact you?

Why can't you allow them to do it by themselves? any security reasons? If I'm not wrong, other sites will provide these options to users to change by themselves.

But even if what he say is true then any sites will do another security check before releasing any funds if the site feels that there is something fishy on the bets.

I observed the betting pattern and found some cases where his/her strategy is far beyond martingale - e.g. betting, winning, reset, betting even bigger and winning after 7-8 rounds again. I am absolutely aware that two wins at 1% can happen close to each other, it was just a strange feeling to see that the strategy "knows" when to bet really high

The bets seem normal from our side. Playing on 1%, with 12btc wagered today only from this user.

This would seriously affect the reputation of the site. Admin should be more responsible and should be filled up the hot wallet before it fully drained up. If it happens few times, then many people may consider not to deposit even though you may be sending them withdrawals later on. Smooth withdrawals give a very good impression about the site.
