Coinbase.com - One of the largest online wallets / exchanges. Lets you buy sell.

Just for insight, people here don't like coinbase too much for a few reasons. Mostly it revolves around their customer service and closing accounts associated with gambling. That and the whole ETH thing.

but how would they scam someone? if someone sends them money via credit card or paypal and the service sends you the bitcoin, then you have the coins and this isn't reversible. if they later want to revers the credit card or paypal payment, then please let them as they would send you your money back.

There is two possible scams here.

On the buyer: Buys bitcoin with credit card, receives bitcoin, follows charge back with credit card company. Seller loses his bitcoin and money.

Seller: Buyer buys bitcoin with credit card and never receives or charges user unjustified charge amount. Seller wins credit card disposition.

Are you serious ? how can a seller scam the buyer if he charge his card / paypal and does not deliver the product ?

For every transaction you make, for every  verification you do (No ID verification), the price drops and the limit raise.

In other words, the price of bitcoin very depending on your volume and trade history.

Where are you from? I have seen that there are many bitcoin ATM in many countries and maybe an ATM is near you, I don't know about the fees that these tooks but it worth trying.

many trusted web to buy bitcoin, and many people guest to buy in localbitcoin or coinbase. Personally I've never tried to buy on this site, but Coinbase accept payment by credit card or paypal.

If u have credit card , you can go to exchanges which offers buy bitcoin with credit card or go to local bitcoin and search the trusted user
for paypal since you're a newbie , it's going to be hard to trust you since lot of newbies in here who gonna scammed us with paypal cuz their reversible payment after swap the currency . So , buy with credit cards for the easier method.

Coinbase can be used to buy bitcoin with credit card if they support your country check here https://www.coinbase.com/global?locale=en
If you find your country in the list check for credit card option and look at the terms they have. Other than them cex.io can be option but they are not quite popular like coinbase.
