I plan on stocking bitcoin for now. At this moment i don't need to sell it and i don't want to because it will get more valuable later or at least that what everybody expect. I sold some about a month ago and i regreted it.

I'm planning to hold all the bitcoins I can and use it in the future. I sometimes withdraw bitcoin whenever I need money. Bitcoin is made to make transactions easy. Bitcoin is a good long term investment too because it is very profitable.

For now, my plan for all the bitcoin I saved is still hold it until the time comes that I need it. Because by this period of time that bitcoin price is continuing to go up, its good to hold bitcoin because you can have more fiat if you exchange it when the price of it is in the peak of high. Aside from that, bitcoin now is really a good investment.

I will never convert my Bitcoin into fiat again, because it makes no sense at all. Bitcoin is sound money, not subject to centralized control and inflationary devaluation. Fiat money is a debt-based scam, fully exposed to the lunacy of monetary policy by central banks and fully exposed to capital restrictions by governmental control freaks. So, Bitcoin is simply a vastly superior form money. Anyone converting Bitcoin to fiat is out of his/her mind.

I hold my Bitcoin to spend them on my future necessities. I really hope that there will be an increasing number of businesses that will accept Bitcoin directly - which means without intermediary fiat conversion. That would be the precondition for me to pay with Bitcoin.

Point taken. You will definitely defeat the purpose of Bitcoin if you solely earn it just to convert it to fiat. However, I understand why some people choose to convert their Bitcoin to their local currencies as some countries may not have fully accepted Bitcoin as a means of payment. Bitcoin may be well known in some countries, but in others it is just starting to develop and be accepted. So basically, it does not have value that it owns in certain places. As I see it, in the future people will regret converting their Bitcoin to fiat, but for now it may help them get through their everyday lives if they do so.

It is very good planning of taking some bitcoin out and converting it to fiat currency, but it is risky of investing in local stock market. you can go for buying some gold or invest in real estate as it will surely give appreciation in future.

I just convert the bitcoin 80% to fiat currency and invest in real estate and balance keep with me for my expenses, this way i am invested in bitcoin and same time i am invested in fiat currency also.

My original plan was to earn as much coins as I can and just hold them doing nothing else, no investing, no trading, no nothing. But life always changes your plans, you know. Since I constantly need more fiat then I earn, I keep sellling some coins, not whole coins because I have never owned more than 1.5 BTC, but parts like 0.15 or 0.3 to have some money to pay bills etc.

  i have the same plan. i hope not to reach of point of withdrawing mine. but i also have very small amounts 0.1 etc. but if i accumulate i might start trading and withdrawing the profits for use and then retain the original probably.

great idea. what idea of passive are you thinking? i also want to use as part of my future income. maybe by trading and holding. but holding needs long term patience. i think trading is better, but altcoins trading is more lucrative
