So the first thing should reasonably do is to ask yourself questions about the meaning of their existence and struggling to try to find the answers. That's what goals should be in life in the first place. If this is not done, then the person can never be truly happy, successful and healthy.

Do reasonable people should seek to understand deep philosophical questions about the world, about God, about his true spiritual nature.

Without an understanding of the laws of the universe lucid and clear specific goals in life is almost impossible to achieve anything worthwhile. Today you can see thousands and tens of thousands of people who live just under the influence of their own destiny. They are puppets, but not even realize it.

And even if people do not want to go into the philosophy and spiritual knowledge, in order to be successful and healthy, he has to have a purpose in life and know exactly how he wants them to achieve.

Actually, these people that don't feel that they have not achieve their purpose are immature people. Helping your family is already having a purpose in life. Raising your kids is also a purpose in life so don't make it complicated.

The real purpose of life is to keep yourself happy and enjoy life to the fullest. When things go down, dont be sad or disappointed because it is part of life. When you fail, get up and continue to walk and move forward. When your goals dont acheived, just keep on moving and go for your plan B. Accept challenges and you will be strong.
