Well most of the legendary scammers has been tagged already like Quickseller and his alts. But some that has been neutral from since they made their account needs to prove their trustworthiness before doing escrow.

There exists a method to make that amount of money from bitcoins, of course. But it will require tremendous amount of experience and knowledge just like how you can earn good amount of money in real life. This is the very reason why people are going to college. You have to master something first before you can get a good pay check. Since stuffs that doesn't require much knowledge and experience can easily be done by almost everyone, the supply for that job is too much that the payment rate goes down.

To some, especially for the 3rd world country people, bitcoin is a miracle since it allows them to have a job that pays in dollar. Since first world country people are mostly the ones that's hiring, the payment rate is quite high for jobs online (not only in the bitcoin world).

People have a full time job from where are they are getting a fixed salary and bitcoin is only a extra source of income for them and if they start depending only on bitcoin for living then it will be a big risk as you never know what will happen to bitcoin tomorrow.

You are right if you want to earn without capital you can do it by joining signature campaign and if you have a good amount of btc then start trading there is a high chance to make 0.1 per week
