Is there an ELI5 for Ark? I'm having trouble breaking down why I should be optimistic for the future of this. Want to learn more.  It's not that simple. If you want to learn about ARK and profit from investing in it, go back to the OP and read. Go to their website and read. Some things can't be explained in 10 words or less... In just a few words... look at the ICO value vs today's value. The reason is simple. The ARK team has been delivering on promises and continues to do it. |

ARK looks ready to fly like its cousin Lisk pretty soon Looks like it's taking off already! 50% value increase over 2 days!! I hope to buy on monday or tuesday, with bonus pay. please price stop increasing!  Not going to happen  Going back to 0.0003 and high I was very lucky, bought btc right before it started it's raise today, and am now proud owner of 10.000 ARK, my long time objective. go ARK! |

Nah, that is a separate project on the Ubiq blockchain (been following Ubiq/Apex a lot). Even if it were related to ARK, I highly doubt the ARK team would launch a token on a different platform. |

So from what I understand, this is the first and only project thus far that seeks to integrate chains. I'm an investor and the market cap seems too low relative to the garbage out there.
Market-cap wise, what do we see as the future for this coin?

Not quite - see Blocknet - it is also working on connecting distinct blockchains and is a first mover. I see one advantage of ARK though: it is a more complete platform that is more developer friendly (which is important to get people to actually use it) Somehow Ark hasn't performed too well compared to other projects (but still about 8x ICO USD price). I think it is worth $100 MM at least by now, based on all the updates and what Ark plans to offer (interchain development platform), which is fairly unique - not just like other coins that just have good communities or many small features. Ever since the first spike I feel that someone has been continuously suppressing the price to accumulate more. I'm definitely holding. |
