General producer of TV channel in Ukraine doesn't make sense to anyone here. What users meant when they say escrow are the list of people here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0 who will hold the funds of the investors for your project. This will ensure the team won't be running away with the investors's money.

We know all the product requirements and its approximate price. That price is 250$-300$, it's not final yet because we're still choosing between the several providers of the parts. All the money raised from ICO will be used strictly for product development, and company growth purposes, so the investors could receive a return of investments and start making a profit as soon as possible.

Can we possibly check how many users had somehow invested to this project? You still have 11.53 BTC  as of now, only few are added since last night.  But the list of users asking for bounties are over a hundred already. Users are already reading your bounty program but probably didn't invest because of the lack of escrow.

Kickstarter will be a better site to ask for funds. Crowdfunding is made up of two words. so OP needs to finds a good crowd to get more funding. Having a real finished product first is the best thing to do.
