If I understand correctly, COVAL works on Counterparty, which works on bitcoin. Can I send COVAL to BTC address directly? Or do I have to make a counterparty wallet (which is practically a BTC address)?

You can send direct to a Bitcoin address just make sure you have a little bitcoin in it when you want to "sweep" it out.

You will be able to see the Coval on the address from the Coval blockchain explorer

I see in telegram some people started to loose patience and are demanding release of any update. I also do agree that to keep the interest of people those are real supporters and are for long term here deserves access to actual information about the status of development. Shanon Code is man of words but not everyone understands things without watching progress.

Quite hard times being a coval bagholder nowadays, periodical updates perhaps would've kept the confidence and hence the price from halving every several months. There was an attempt to keep people up to date on telegram news channel but dust settled over that.
Now there is another one made by this third party https://wccstandards.com  one can hope this will be taken more seriously. Transparency will likely stop this horrific downtrend. Strong holding to everyone

It isn't much to be there to the end of this month and always kept believing that Shanon will deliver. Those big announcements which are planned made me excited and curios at the same time. Agreed with you but they don't have any kind of roadmap to follow it this could be reason this facing delay and no support coming new exchange. I think they should give any kind of time frame and let know the community about their future plan.

Roadmap is expanded to next couple years even ShannonCode and Michael Sull they stated at one point that year 2018 will be last for development to release fully working product. That is part of development but what makes me wonder now is how price is going to at $1 by the end of year as per claimed by one mate on previous page. Emblem has potential the way it was designed but we need product not technical specifications.
