Owners of banxio had a change of mind today, the altcoin exchange will remain open, getting a reload and some changes

They have tweeted about it and ask everyone to withdraw their coins still if they haven't done so already. Use the desktop wallet is best (Cryptochainer.com has a MinCoin blockchain / bootstrap.dat dated 2016-01-31 if you need it).
alternatively can use cryptobetfair account and save time not having to sync a wallet/blockchain.

Our team obtained many of the cryptocurrencies that were frozen on Cryptsy's servers when the exchange collapsed. The MinCoin wallet.dat was among those recovered.

We are now in the process of giving these wallet files back to their respective communities. The wallet has not been inspected and it's unknown if it contains any coins.
