Search returns nothing - What port do I need for RPC?
solo or pool mining? if pool...check the pool info/set up page at your pool. if solo.. i use 9336...just make sure your mincoin.conf file and miner port agree (use the same port) hope this helps Nothing to do with mining, I just want to be able to communicate with mincoin via a PHP script. Isn't feathercoin on 9336? If so, would I have to exit feathercoin first before I could use mincoin rpc?

Sorry if I'm slow, but is the owner of the only mincoin exchange, the same "realsolid" that is a.k.a coinhunter a.k.a. the solidcoin guy?
Having second thoughts about mincoin now.

Oh, I thought if I changed it there, I'd have to also change it somewhere else to match, like in the GUI. Thanks.

Anyway, whoever is in charge of min-coin.org, do you think I could get a link to Minikaze under the gambling tab? Thanks, see my sig for a link!

This coins profitability is horrible right now and only 2 coins a block, this will not be the bronze to Bitcoin gold. Dont see it.

It's 20 coins every 10 minutes. Bitcoin is giving 25 per 10 minutes, so it's not that different.

A Personal Quote on BTT from 2011: "I'd be willing to make a moderate "investment" if the value of the BTC went below $2.00. Otherwise I'll just have to live with my 5 BTC and be happy. :/" ...sigh. If only I knew.

mcxNOW seems worthless I can't even create an account. Is it real or just a password sniffer?
Regardless of user name, password, and answer of "hate" to that silly question (What is the point of that), always get "cannot create an account" message

There are limitations on the user account name. It must be at least 6 chara long, and i think certain, special chars are limited. What is the name of the account that you are trying to create? Regardless, the site is legit, it has done a lot of business since being open and it also hadn't been phased by several DoS attempts. It's actually the best exhange tha I've ever worked with.

I thought you were its creator Lol... No, but I wish I was. I'm a good friend of the guy who created it though. In fact, the actual creator hasn't advertised the site at all. People have found out only by word of mouth from his friends and other early adopters. We don't get any kick-backs or payments for recommending it. We just really like mincoin and the exchange.

If you are having problems creating an account you could try asking for help in the #mcxnow irc channel or even the #mincoin irc channel. Currently there are 114 people logged in and using the site with no issues.
