Hi Leroy,

    It seems to me the marketing strategy has been directed towards appealing to folks who take notice of a few key things.

• revival status
• quality of network
• speed of network
• limited circulating supply
• 5-year project
• steady technical progress

    The network still needs an upgrade for some important BIPS.
    This isn't really on hold as much as it has been re-evaluated to be more efficient.

    I suppose you're wondering who would want to trade mincoins and which merchants would want to accept them.

    This is a good question too and I would like to see a report from people on the street who have asked for mincoins to be accepted for goods and services.

    Much of the "marketing" has been reaching out to traders on the exchanges or to miners at the various mining pools.

    We probably need to formulate a timeline for completing the network upgrades and executing a public awareness push.

Not working link for Windows wallet

I have just tried to download the windows wallet from the website and github. Both times when I try to run it it says I do not have the permission to access it. Then it just vanishes. I have tried the discord invites in order to ask for help but none of them are valid either. This is not the first wallet I have set up but I really don't understand what is going on here. 

Can anyone help me getting this wallet setup?

If this project is not dead, then someone that is holding big bags needs to step up, NOW.

This coin have provenance, a real trade-able asset that stretches back to 2013, that alone makes it invest-able. But add the fact that it only has 4,423,815 MNC  in supply and max  Supply: 10 Million Coins then this could easily be a $10,000 coin, it just needs people to know it exsists.
If I had the money, I would fund it, but I am but plankton in terms of capital, a whale could come along and eat up some of the supple, then invest in.
Dev team,
promote the fact that the devs are still there working and make it public, that updates(ios, android, windows, linex) wallet upgrades are coming soon.
Road Map.
Just a basic road map for people to see, and have confidence the coin is still active

Someone that the community can see as the face of project, someone that believes in its future, and can express  that message to the public and crypto community.
WEBSITE
This is a major problem, the website is dated, information is out of date, and it basically turns people off from the project soon as you land on the page. A good project needs a great user interface, without capturing the viewers interest within the first few seconds, then "click" they are gone.
This coin at under $00.02 is probably one of, if not the most undervalued crypto of the 1600 that exsists. How many do I have? less than 1000,  Why?
Because thats all I can afford at present, like i said I am a very very very small player in this crypto market.
But I do know real value when I see it,

It would cost between $100,000 to $1,000,000 to really shake the shit from its shoes and make this THE store of value in crypto.

For the investor/ investors/ whale that steps up, that return would be back in the bank with in 3 months, if MINCOIN ONLY WENT UP TO $2.00, HOLDING A FEW THOUSAND COINS.

Saying we are 'short' of funding for dev-ops, marketing and general project maintenance is an understatement.

that could be a very big thing. if MinCoin wins this competition it'll be a huge milestone for the project. I think you should push this more among the communities and also run a small bounty to increase vote.. I saw that coins doing bounties to get votes on exchange listing competitions. maybe that could help you to bring on the top 10.
