Secriously, this site is becoming a disaster in the bitcoin community, its father site 1xbet has bad reputation in fiat gambling industry, but this time they are nortorious in bitcoin industry. Shame on them.

Surprisingly, no answers from 1xbit about all allegations/accusations and issues posted by some members here. Although most issues posted by "newbie" but it should be answered as well. 1xbit should be more professional in handling user's issues.

unfortunately I have a big problem with 1XBIT. I am a customer since a few weeks and everything was okay.
Then last weekend suddenly I was not able to place a bet or to do a withdrawal. Both times appeared a error message, that betting is temporary blocked, withdrawals are also blocked. I wrote to the live chat and they told me to write an email to security@1x-bit.com. I did it 72 hours ago and I wrote several Emails in the last hours to this email adress too. But until now I did not become an answer. Live chat told me everytime the same standard answer that I should wait for an answer from the specialists...

My account has been frozen without a reason, too. Since Saturday I am not able to log-in anymore. Support could not help me, they just advised me to forward my issue to the "Security department". Thus I sent several e-mails since Sunday (one reminder per day) without receiving an answer yet.

Fun fact: Today I sent a "test" e-mail from an other e-mail account to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com just to check out if they really process incoming e-mails one by one because that's what the chat operators told me. Now guess what: I received an answer from both of these addresses shortly afterwards (one and a half hour later from 1xbet; two and a half hour later from 1xbit).

So at this point right now I easily could judge them to be scam because they closed my account without a reason and ignore all my e-mails but I will wait what happens next in the coming days.

Anyway, since reading all the negative stuff that has been posted so far I have a very bad feeling that I will ever see my BTCs again.

I sent another test e-mail from my other mail account to support@1x-bit.com and got an answer after 2 hours whilst they keep ignoring my e-mails concerning my closed 1xBit account.

The chat support says there is nothing they can do for me.

I have 4.3 BTC on my account which includes two deposits.

This is the point where I have no other choice than claiming that 1xBit is SCAM.

So this is a big big warning to all new customers. Make a big way around this scambook!

I remember someone claimed that 1xbit manipulates the betslips and sometimes makes the balance disappear. It just happened to me. I had made a bet and it showed that it was processed but my balance wasnt updated. So, I contacted support and this is what happened: . They resolved it in seconds and I had my balance updated. For a second I thought I was going to get cheated but the doubt got cleared very soon. I also know the fact that 1xbit and 1xbet have the same parent company. I am not happy about that but when it comes to betting with BTC. I feel like this is the best site out there. I try to keep low balance in it to gamble so that in case I get my money into trouble, it won't hurt my bankroll much. I think that should be the case for every site that allows to keep bitcoins.

If you have been following this thread, they had explained several times their relation with 1xbet.  Your question and concern had been raised several times here and had been answered by 1xbit . And I won't be digging that post for you.  If you do not like the service of the site, just leave. At least it will save you time and dramas.

If you are a real player who feels have been scammed by 1xbit then I suggest you to create scam accusation with all proofs you have. Something like those above screenshot, txid of your deposit and other things to support your accusation.

Of course I did.

The full story is: I registered at 1xBit few weeks ago, made a first deposit, removed the bonus (as I always do at any sportsbook), did not wager much in the first days because I always wait for good spots before I made a bet. Then I lost a few bets, made another deposit, won a few bets and everything was alright so far. Then I found a very good live spot and made about 3 BTC with one match. The bets were graded as won, the winnings were credited to my account. Two hours later I had been logged out automatically and since then I am not able to log-in anymore, tried a password reset for several times, contacted the support a hundred times but the only thing they say is that I have to contact the security department which is ignoring all my e-mails since Sunday.

Before someone asks: Yes, it is my first ever account at 1xBit and it is my own one. No one else has access.

I guess they have different methods of locking out customers. Obviously user @Paul0908 is able to log-in but not able to make further actions on his account. I cannot even log-in.

It's not my turn to provide any more evidence. Now it is 1xBit's turn to prove me wrong.

Go and ask ixbet support, they will tell you 1xbit is the bitocin site of theirs, you may get answer which I got it months ago. They wanna scam as much as possible, therefore 1xbit rep(op) declined to admit it is same company. Yes that is absolutely right 1xbit has no problems and if ever there were circumstances that could happen the admin of these site is always there to help every concerns. You cant ignore newbie's posts, newbie is also customer. Customer should be served well no matter what rank he/she is. Not replying for a complain/question from customer for so long time is not a good service.

Sportsbet 5-6% (although they are not the worst Directbet is offering a pitiful 13%). What is galling as a customer is that 1xbet is offering an average 2% overound on this event. Even if i trusted the 1xbit brand why would I even bother using this version when 1xbet offers superior odds and already accepts bitcoin? Now you are saying 1xbet is far better than 1xbit?  While previously lots of newbie accounts here connect 1xbit to 1xbet and called them both scam sites.  Anyway rating of D+ is not excellent but at least it is not the worst.  This also that 1xbit is far better than many other sports betting sites.
