I cannot get silent army miner working on any of my rigs (win 7 and win 10).  I have updated to 16.40 drivers but silent army just crashes the drivers and then when drivers restart it runs at a fraction of the sol that the normal miner runs.  Does anyone have any pointers? - I am getting about 14 sol on a 7970.

It is 1/2 right now talking about payment's.  I don't see a whole lot of troubleshooting for win 10 so I can see his question as valid.  I posted a error and never saw an anwser.

So if you are able to link to Win 10 instructions/troubleshooting instead of saying to read this huge thread... it would be much more helpful.

No - question is not valid, because it was answered at least 5-10 times that this problem cannot be solved on Win 10. And it is not a priority to be fixed

This miner can say it's solving at 10000 sols/s. Doesn't mean shit it's what poolside reports as being accepted. I've seen genoil speak of this in past. One can make a miner look like it's 100% better but what is your actual accepted rate is all that matters.  Ohh also one needs to test it finds blocks at the correct rate. That's what matters in the end. Blocks!  What's more worrisome that something amiss is that it's locked to this pool. I'd like to see this miner pointed to any other pool and then check hashrate .

Edit so here is the new scam. Say your miner is x% more charge a crazy fee and super high withdrawal. Then cash out early mined coins when price is thru the roof  pool can say you were mining at x amount because due to crash in price he an buy back at x rate and pay out whatever pool says. I'm not saying that's what occurred just that's it's not out of realm of possibility in this clusterfuck of scams known as crypto!

Hi thank you for your reply but I have the same issue with Windows 7 pro x64.... It runs for 10 seconds, crashed drivers and then runs at about 1/5 of the sol power that it does with the normal miner...  should it work ok on windows 7?

I have mined my 0.012 on Friday night / Saturday morning (EU time)... Got it in my account 30 hours after I stopped mining...

I have lost 10 times the value of what I've mined... Surely you will not compensate this...

In the config change instances to 1

 
instances = "1";

Instead of instances = "2";

When I have it at 2, it crashes or only 1-2 GPUs work. Instances set to 1 works best. Hope this helps!

crappy payouts are not a result of blockchain issues.

i threw 100sol at this pool for 2 hours and got less than a fifth the expected returns. somewhere between 15%-20% payout here.

should have gotten about 0.00073029ZEC per hour and ended up with 0.0000539ZEC.. consider it the price of a lesson learned "admin"..enjoy your spoils

you would do better at nicehash getting paid in bitcoin and then buying ZEC back.
