I see some peoples get about 165 sols/s +- using genoil miner with driver 16.10.3 but the card should be [8GB] ( he test with RX 470 ). kernel : zec-sa.cl comand : genoil.exe -k zec zec zec zec -c zec.suprnova.cc:2142 -u user.x1222 -p xnxx -i 20 -w 64 -P 0 -f 2 -z 0 give it try! Where to find this updated kernel? https://github.com/Genoil/ZECMiner/tree/master/releases

His rx 480 8gb, mod bios, 1200/2160 70h/s Intel Celeron G1840 2.8GHz win 10, Crimson 16.11.1
Thanks Claymore
How to mod bios of Sapphire Nitro+ Rx 480 8gb oc for 70+ h/s share pls or should i overclock? if yes then how to over clock with stock wattman feature in crimson would anyone mind to share his setting for Sapphire Nitro+ Rx 480 8gb oc for 70+ h/s because i did increase mem but nothing happened with h/s Pls any one can help to set over clock with stock wattman feature in crimson for Sapphire Nitro+ Rx 480 8gb oc thnx You need to modify the memory timings. My RX480's are only getting 60 h/s but i'm happy with that. Clock speed 1125, memory 2000, voltage 900mv pulling 65w per card. you can get 160 sols with RX470 8GB check this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1666489.280

Some bullshit from the Claymore thread with theories. Nothing tested, nothing proven, just talk.

People are greedy by nature...some more...some less...it would be nice if Claymore shares his kernel(or at least point some directions) with other developers as he took advantage of mrb's work... I sure won't boot windows again for mining, ubuntu serves me very well for now.

RX480 with amdgpu-pro 16.30 Total 55.8 sol/s [dev0 54.0] 18 shares Total 55.3 sol/s [dev0 52.4] 18 shares Total 55.6 sol/s [dev0 54.7] 18 shares Total 55.9 sol/s [dev0 55.7] 18 shares Total 55.0 sol/s [dev0 55.7] 18 shares Total 55.5 sol/s [dev0 56.2] 18 shares Total 55.2 sol/s [dev0 56.1] 19 shares Total 54.6 sol/s [dev0 54.8] 19 shares Total 54.9 sol/s [dev0 55.3] 19 shares Total 55.1 sol/s [dev0 53.1] 19 shares Total 54.4 sol/s [dev0 52.6] 19 shares
Kernel: http://coinsforall.io/distr/input.cl.coll1 NVidia also have speedup. I reduced number of collisions to found from 5 to 1, it seems 5 is too much, need mrb's comments. Yes, you can reduce collisions from 5 to 1. I meant to do this but forgot about it :-P For the record your input.cl.coll1 on my RX 480 with amdgpu-pro 16.40: Total 40.7 sol/s [dev0 41.9] 3 shares Total 40.7 sol/s [dev0 40.8] 3 shares Total 40.7 sol/s [dev0 40.4] 3 shares Total 41.4 sol/s [dev0 42.8] 3 shares Total 41.6 sol/s [dev0 43.3] 3 shares Total 41.8 sol/s [dev0 45.9] 3 shares Total 42.1 sol/s [dev0 47.7] 3 shares Total 41.8 sol/s [dev0 45.5] 3 shares Total 41.1 sol/s [dev0 44.9] 3 shares Total 41.2 sol/s [dev0 43.5] 4 shares Total 41.1 sol/s [dev0 44.3] 4 shares Total 41.4 sol/s [dev0 44.5] 4 shares Total 41.3 sol/s [dev0 44.7] 4 shares You must have o/c'd. I don't believe 16.30 is 37% faster than 16.40.

I do confirm seeing noticeable gains (about 5Sol/s per card on certain models such as rx 480 4gb) Good job! Sticking with silentarmy's miner definitely. Hopefully further improvements can be made to gain even further hashrate!

hey marc, when you update github do you think you could put at the top of the description a version number and the most recent updates (and when you reupdate just move the notes down for the last update?) so now we are on V4.1? the Nvidia optimizations have been included? does those optimizations include AMD cards?

This is not a release. This is github update commit. Please read the wiki about it. Regarding the cards, you will see what you want to know, if you open the link marc provided. marc, How to get higher (like Claymore's ones) blake hashing speeds on linux box? Deep input.cl code refactoring?
