First get an Ethereum wallet that can handle KTN. Be sure to save the following: YOUR ACCOUNT NAME, YOUR PASSWORD, YOUR ETH ADDRESS and YOUR RECOVERY SEED. Once you got that, you can use the XCP address found on the swap request page to transfer ALL YOUR KTN(xcp). If you have done the above, all you have to do is FILL UP the form and you're done. -east |

I also agree that 1000 KTN withdrawal fees is crazy...
I also think that is borderline stealing... How many will they get from the withdrawals? 100,000? 500,000? |

Did KTN token showed up on it? If not your tokens are not necessarily lost. you can install a token enabled Ethereum wallet such as the ones we have listed/mentioned so far and then recover your private keys using that, then your KTN(eth) will show in it. To those who should be receiving their KTN(eth) today,
I would like to ask for an apology I will be sending them a bit later, I was trying to open parity today but something is wrong with it. I have tried many possible solutions but to no avail, hence I will be rebuilding my system from a backup, to cleanse whatever is blocking parity from running.
This serves as a warning to all of us that as crypto pioneers we are all using "experimental" tools. No one can - nor will - guarantee that what works today will still work tomorrow. Therefore do take extra precautions to secure your crypto-holdings.

Please check if your computer clock is correct (you can sync it with a time server). Maybe that is why you are not able to use parity. What are the news about KarmaToken (ETH)? Do you have any ideas? Do you want to share them with the community? |
