I took and redeemed anorganixes code, and then generated it one more time to test it as well as the procedure. After activation code disappears from list ( so I know that this one was activated) However the issue remains.
This was first and last c-cexcode.

I can confirm what Poptok says, C-Cex only shows history about generated codes and nothing about activated ones. They are redeemed without any clue/info about it.
