Hi, introducing new item type, rune stones.
This rune when used alone, will double amount of doge conjured through a spell. Just add it in front of your spell.
Runic stones combinations will be available in the near future, as well as option to mutate runes with each other.

I found the answer DEF3, it was written at the right side next to the rune with "invisible ink". Prize is 155 DOGE.

Actually you can use one rune at a time or two or three together (this will be explained later on, in "transmutation guide for apprentices"), its up to you. As described in "instruction" yellow rune does nothing by itself, so no point in wasting it now. If you feel like using green/red rune stones than you can do it now, but remember that one goes at the beginning of a post and the other at the end.
