According to https://portal.cryptopia.co.nz/CryptopiaPrivacyPolicy.aspx ; i donne every required steps , why i don't receive an invite for btc wallet collection from Cryptopia Claims Portal .

it should donne 8 Months from NOW .

Cryptopia Claims Portal for btc wallet collection was Launched on 27/07/2024 .

Due the lack of time to proccessing Balance Acceptance i accepted on December 2022 i understand that i'm not on the first wave of those invitation but NOW i Feel Like i'm TOTTALY IGNORED .

is there users like me not receiving btc wallet invite ?

There was another refund payment done last friday or the friday before.
On top of that there are some Countries that will be for now not getting payments , here you should check the Liquidators page or check it on https://portal.cryptopia.co.nz
Also what are the support write about your situation , did you write to them ?
If not you should be doing that , you can send me your Username that you got on Cryptopia and maybe also your email in an PM and i can try to find out whats the problem.

Judging from the reply by the support time, I guess you will just have to wait until you receive communication from them through your official email address. That is one thing that sucks about the processes of receiving back your funds after such events. You sometimes just have to treat such a case a though you will never get your funds back to avoid disappointment.

Did you receive 0.01 BTC from the liquidators? If you did, when did they send the payment and what was the actual full loss you suffered because of the Cryptopia scam? If they have started paying out in Bitcoin, at least some of the victims are getting some relief.

The First Payout or Payment you will get (If you get one) is around 80% or 90% about from your Balance.
I already got my Bitcoins with the first refund they have done.
And again some Users should be making some research about what Region and Countries they are living for.
Because there are some restrictions for some Countries , maybe thats the case here.

So what amount are you exactly claiming? 0.054 BTC as per the screenshot or 0.046 BTC as per the post you earlier on made?
As advised, please wait for them to reach out to you. Sending them more messages who expedite anything.

Alternatively, send @Lafu some details as he requested, and he could help you find out what the problem might be since he has experience with the claiming process and has already claimed his funds
