Hello!
My problem is only 300 PascalLite, and it can not be solved within a year. During this time, I created four detailed tickets (#57341, #90760, #94836, #203000) with all transactions and block chains, and in the responses only template apologies, although the error is caused by Cryptopia. A self-respecting firm would have compensated this trifle long ago. Be careful when working with Cryptopia. Think about whether you need to trust them if they can not solve such a small problem. They ignore their customers.
P/S. I saved the screenshots of all the tickets, if someone doubts that I'm right, I can send.

I believe you'll not get any help here. Most likely you need to submit a ticket. Go to https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/UserSupport , on the drop down Category : Account > Subcategory : Compromised Account, then click Create New Ticket. I'm not sure if how long it would take though before getting a response and action.

I cannot log into my account so I cannot submit a ticket, I have sent an email to support but I thought I might get a quicker response here. There is no support from Cryptopia here?

A friend of mine posted this on another forum/blog, and because he does not have an account here at bitcointalk he wanted me to post this for him. Please offer your advice so he can get these Reddcoins processed as soon as possible by Cryptopia.  Please only offer constructive information.

Title: Finding Reddcoins On The Block Chain

Hello:

I sent a sizeable amount of Reddcoins from my core wallet to Cryptopia over 30 hours ago and I can not find the progress of the transfer on the blockchain and of course these coins have not shown up in my Cryptopia account either. There is no doubt that the transaction was sent to the correct RDD address on Cryptopia.

I have seen many people on the Internet complaining of slow withdraw times and deposit times when working with Cryptopia.

Can a developer work with me to get my coins back into my wallet? If I had known about the slowness at Cryptopia ( sometimes taking over a month or two months for coins to leave or arrive there) I would have sent my coins to Bittrex.

Why doesn’t the Reddcoin block chain allow us to view the transit of coins and only show us from the blockchain when they arrive? Other blockchains offer a viewing of the transition points of the coins ( confirmations etc.) and not just being able to view when they arrive at the address.

My wallet shows that the coins left the wallet, and the Reddcoin block chain says 0 coins have arrived at the receiving address.

Can I get my coins back into my wallet with the help of a developer?

Supposedly I can not contact Cryptopia because they themselves said that they can do nothing about it manually as it all happens automatically.

Please help. Thank you.

I believe they didn't process any ticket nor solve any problem here, in this forum. If you can't submit a ticket, the best option that I could think of right now is to tweet them in their Twitter page. You could get their attention there but there's no assurance of it. At least you tried the options left for you. Oh, and one last thing that you could try is posting in their Reddit page.
