When do you think will be a best time to buy bitcoin and when is the best time to keep bitcoin first before selling?

I kinda agree with that. If you wanted to buy yourself some coins to benefit from the current price, then you should have bought your coins a few months ago. Right now with a serious correction coming closer and closer, there isn't much more to gain than reaching the $800 level, where after that we'll be facing heavy dumps. Best is indeed to wait for this correction to kick in. Patience is the main point of importance right now.

That kind of statement is present back when the price is on $300 level. Same with $400, $450, $500 etc. Especially back in around where $500 where most of the people considered that as a high price but look at the price right now.

Price high and Price low, there is no exact price that will fit on that category. If a person want to do some buying at any rate then just go on. This is investment and we will never know what is the exact high and low price. Who knows that $700 today maybe cheap price in the years to come.

Lunar new year a month again. I sure after lunar new year the price will increase significant. Now is the best time to buy bitcoin, if we waiting, it is same that we buy more expensive. As predicted, Bitcoin is really reaching new heights this year. Bitcoin has probably never been so strong in the market. based on your speculation you have lost $6 on each bitcoin you have sold. because ever since Dec 17th bitcoin price has been rising without going lower than that day's price.

we are on the rise and selling on (during) the rise is a bad idea. you always want to sell when rise has stopped or is being reversed (before corrections) for example selling at 790 yesterday and buying at 788 today.
