Scam accusations are regarding deposit bonus, the rules may be harsh but the issue is with the user who didn't read a warning messages and canceled his bonus.
How can you actually call it scam, we have our Bonuses already for about 9 months and we have MANY users winning big with our bonus and we always paying out. It's almost a loan you just need to follow the rules and be a bit attentive, how can you even call it a scam? Bonuses are not a core feature, if you don't want to take them, you don't have to. And we have a whole mod team who is great in unlocking bonuses, they would be more than happy to explain in details how it works and even give some hints.

You keep victim-blaming because of warning messages yet the system itself is unfair. When you do a couple large bets and break even, canceling the bonus will result in a lower balance. That's harsh and I've already said it forces the player to continue betting. There's no free will as soon as you start and that's the unethical part. And nothing is in your terms regarding this aspect of bonuses.

If they simply made the bonus conditions such that one wagered their own balance before the bonus, then all would be well and this situation would be over.

The only mistake the user made was trying to cancel their bonus.
Now I understand taking away the bonus when it's canceled, I also understand taking away profit made from the bonus.
But taking away the initial deposit as well? Now that's a bit harsh.

Deposit bonuses aren't even close to a loan. With a loan, I can do whatever I want with the funds (can't with a bonus), and I don't need to wager a certain amount before I can "claim" the loan. It's disappointing that all the whitelabel casinos with their deposit bonuses are better than yours (term wise, their games are generally worse).

Hey duckdice, I really have a goos time with your site last time and I never have this problem because I never claimed aboit this bonuses. But you really should change your ToS in order to remove those red trust, that is really annoying when new member saw that you have red trust and still run this site. Try to clear the red trust and gain green trust if you can. I do not want to see this site going down for this misunderstanding here

I think duckdice should update the bonus system. it can be like this - actual balance and bonus balance, players will first have to wager/lose all their actual balance to activate bonus balance and when they 100% complete wagering requirement it'll become actual balance(just like fortunejack). what do you guys think?

Agree with this, most casino did this, players will always have to wager their actual balance first. I think Duckdice already using this methods but it is not clearly stated in their Terms and Conditions, I've notice that once we claimed the bonus, after a few lose (small lose) if we cancel the bonus, we will get back our actual balance with some deduction (those amount is actually what we lose), Duckdice should just take this as the consideration and change their terms and conditions, players will first wager their balance before the bonus balance is unlock.
