OK this is just bad. Pool stuck on FTC last 8 hours. DGC has been over 10 profitability for an hour. DGC pool hashrate 43 Mhz. I should be getting 35 coins per hour. After 1 hour I have credit for only 11 coins. Coinchoose is showing same profitablity. However, Conwarz is showing 1/3 of the profitability which i believe is the correct number. Bottom line: Multipool and Coinchoose are way off. Coinwarz is correct difficulty (which for me is about 11 coins per  hour).

There was a small glitch in the switching script that prevented it from running overnight.  The good news is we had higher than average profitability on FTC after the difficulty went up, so it was almost a wash.

DGC profitability is correct, so far as I can tell.  What likely happened was that our low hashrate got killed by the bigger players.

I manually sent a NVC transaction around half an hour ago and it hasn't shown up in my Cryptsy wallet yet, not in confirmed or unconfirmed, and hasn't auto-sold either.

Can you check transactions for my account to see if it went through flound? My multipool name is the same name as here.

I'd appreciate it, and I know I sent it to the correct address, because I've used it before for Cryptsy deposits.

Never mind, the money is in the account. Time to complain to Cryptsy about this...

Be careful when dealing with Cryptsy. This is at least the 3rd time now I've had to file a complaint about coins not showing up. Always keep an eye on your Cryptsy accounts and make sure your coins show up.

Cryptsy seems to be completely broken at the moment, so it might be a while before this gets sorted out.
Could be worse, lots of people have negative balances!

This is why I disabled auto-cashout and auto-sell. I need to keep an eye out to make sure the deposits actually go in.

Is there a way to see lifetime hashes or lifetime uptime? I'm trying to figure out the overall efficiency of my miners and it's difficult because stats are broken apart by coin.

Yes.. if you use cgminer add 2> NAME.txt at the end of your command line or .bat file and save a txt of all that your miner is doing. Kee pyour own stats and don't rely on online stats that are usually off because of delays/db or whatever.. have your own that are specific. I personally would restart daily use a new filename each time and can then see all.
Be well.

Had a typo in the cgminer username that I was trying to mine with, and it says I am locked out of the multipool web site from too many failed attempts. How can that be if I had the username on the client wrong, how would it know who to lock out? It's cleared itself now, but for two days it was telling me to contact support!

Coincidence, the pools and frontend do not know about each other's failed attempts.  Perhaps someone was trying to login to your account.

Custom diff is now enabled across all Scrypt coins on all pools.  In addition, I have made several stability and performance enhancements to our custom version of Stratum that should help with the efficiency.

I will be removing pool2.us in the near future and pointing its DNS at pool1.  I am also considering bringing up a couple more US pool servers, possibly on the East coast.

My hashrate on CGB is massively underreporting for the last 20 minutes.  I realize its just calculating it based on how many shares I submit but it's way off, not just variance off, more like something looks broken off.  I verified my miners are up and submitting shares.

Can you post a screenshot of your miner and a copy of your config?

The dips in the very beginning are me working on some of my miners, the long high section after that is my normal everything working rate, the next low section was when a miner crashed in the night.  The very last dip with the arrow over it is what I am referring to.  Everything should have been mining as normal right there and indeed when I looked at the miners they were hashing at a normal rate and submitting shares.  For what it is worth the entire pool hash rate for CGB was reporting way low on the website (got down to 1.3 Mhs from a normal closer to 100 Mhs) at the same time this was happening.

I have multiple miners all on this same account.

Would it be possible to get a brief explanation on how the pool mines LTC ? Is there a minimum time/block allotment before it switches out ? Is there a maximum time before it switches out ? Is it based on normal profitability or does it have to be a percentage higher than the others ? Thanks.

It's currently handicapped by 2.5% and we stay on for at least 20 minutes.

We've found 11 blocks in ~14.5 hours which is about 13% better than the average number of blocks we should have found.

Good to know, however I was watching the multipool one evening and saw it switch to WDC and soon after LKY jumped up to 10.8. It took about 10 minutes before the switch over to LKY. LKY is only profitable to mine every three-four days and only for about 20 minutes. If we don't jump onto it as soon as it becomes profitable then there isn't much point in having it on the multipool.

I sometimes think the maturity speed of a coin should be considered for profitability. LKY is dumb to mine to me as it takes hours for the coin mature and probably half a day for it to finally clear in cryptsy to sell. By then the coin value has dropped considerably.  Guess you can hold it for the next rise but don't have the patience to track all my coin sales to that level.

And when I say maturity speed should be considered, referring to maybe we shouldn't be mining coins that take forever to mature after you mine them. But perhaps that's just for the way I mine and sell coins so is a singular opinion.
