I read some replies, mainly in the Mining section that said mining was a fun hobby for them and not a thing that they could continue doing as a business. In the Project Development section I found many projects that generated profit like your local businesses.

How serious is BTC to you? Could you look at it as a foundation of business/job or is it just an exciting hobby/experiment?

Bitcoin is really serious for me.

I really wanna create a bitcoin business, but i need capital and i need to gain some experience.

I still believe in bitcoin.

Bitcoin is  not  only a  hobby  but  its everything for me . It could  be  an  investment , digital currency, freedom  from  tax, faster  online  trasanctions  and  lots of  more.  Bitcoin is  serious and a  good  invention  of satoshi  which  most people   do  benefit from  it.  Thanks  to  bitcoin  because   it  somehow  helps  us  on  financial even though  not too  big  but it would   help somehow.

To me bitcoin is really something more than an interest. I am sure it will gradually change the world especially we are all connected via the internet.

Bitcoin is basically a hobby and an interest for me. I basically browse the forum in my free time and Bitcoin has really found its way to my everyday life. When I go shopping, I try to pay with BTC if they allow to try and expand the knowledge of bitcoin. I really wish I could introduce BTC to everyone, as I've already introduced it to my friends.

You can't work with bitcoin, it's just a currency, you can trade, hold, receive but you can't work at all... However you can work with blockchain and here is the beauty thing on technology.

For me bitcoin is more fun than serious.
I can make payments anonymously, evolve my programming skills, spend time withe people who have similar interests.
Of course, when money is involved, it's always kind of serious.
But the amounts I usually invest or trade are not that high it could harm me in any way if I lose them.

Bitcoin  is  serious for  me , yes i can called it  as   a  hobby at the same time  as  an  investment.  You can  do  things  on it   ,  you can  possibly make  money  from  it,  you can do trade  you  can  do  mining  its  not actually a  work  but  you would really need  effort in able  to earn some  bitcoins.

I'm actually pretty serious about Bitcoin, but because of the many things that I'm still doing right now so I have to focus my priority to those things first. I do have a plan to become more serious to Bitcoin, but it's not the best time to do it right now. Because however, as a student I have to finish my school first before going out to there.

Very serious, I don't think there is anybody that presently holds Bitcoin that is not taking it serious, remember where your treasure is that is where your heart is also. To most people Bitcoinis an investment/asset.

Finding out the hottest ICO out there, looking at the charts of altcoins markets, watching out for the current price of bitcoins, I don't think I would do that much effort just for a 'hobby'. Those people in the mining section are just mining and there's not that much to do once they set the mining rig up. They just have to check it every now and then, maybe that's why they consider it as a hobby. It doesn't take up that much of their time.

It also depends on what they get, if they get something good in the bitcoin then I'm sure they will be very serious to use bitcoin and vice versa. because there are people who get it (the loss), because at first they use the bitcoin the wrong way namely gambling with bitcoin and with a very large amount of money

Yes, it is more fun and I am also enjoying how I earn it. I am motivated and love what I am doing. It is truly rewarding, while you can posts or share your ideas and it was being paid.

It is very serious to me as it eased my life by offering a cost effective transfer of money online, letting me access my money around the clock while that is safer and it provide me best solution for gambling online by solving privacy issue. Bitcoin is very important for me and I am using it for many positive tasks at lower cost but with more efficient way.

Most of the people here are taking bitcoin seriously. So do I, that is why I am taking every fluctuation seriously and that is what I'm doing because the more bitcoins you are holding the more affected you will get for every single cent of increase or decrease that will happen. That's every trade to me is important BTC/USD.

For myself, it is more than just a means to generate or create wealth, or a technological advancement, it is for me a freedom movement to advance the source of society and mankind in general. I think if used wisely and correctly, Bitcoin can become a tool to free millions of people out of corporate slavery.

I treat it mostly as an investment, but I also spend a lot of Bitcoin in shops that accept it.
So, it's something that very serious for me.
yes it is also an important investment for me. as bitcoin is continuously giving me a good profit therefore to me i always give more importance to bitcoin and also give a proper time to bitcoin, i do regular study of bitcoin market and some time invest bitcoin in alt coins which give me good profit in the end.

I would like it to be more serious, the issue I have is that I can not use it for much at this time.  There are few to no stores here in the USA that that it for payment and if they do, they do not advertise it as such, so no one knows.  I just wish there were more places to spend it.
