I thought for a moment bitcoin is a key objective in seeking extra money from the internet. because I see for myself what was done by my friend from the trade bitcoin. he has managed to buy what he wants from bitcoin trading results. indeed if we want to try and keep learning to trade bitcoin, then the result will be very profitable.
Absolutely right! I think your friend is professional in trading because for me it is not simple and easy, if you want to learn that you need to observe and acquire knowledge first before getting involve in that business and yeah the experience will enter in the next step also application.

For me Bitcoin is not just a hobby or just some kind of fun to do, yeah it is fun though, but not that "fun". It is also the source of my knowledge by reading and posting in different threads here in bitcointalk and also Bitcoin is my source of income. It helps me in my everyday expenses in my life. We all know that bitcoin helps a lot of people in different ways and it would be great if all people would use bitcoin as their money, though I know it's not possible right now because not all of the store in our place are accepting bitcoin nowadays but I'm sure that in the near future, bitcoin would be the money that is using by the people all around the globe.

I have also entered into bitcoin ecosystem by thinking it as just another payment processor for online transactions, but once I realized that the potential investment opportunity with the bitcoins, I started investing with it.

Before bitcoins, my investments and savings were complete zero, thanks to bitcoin opportunities now I'm having an handsome amount of savings in the form of bitcoin and with this I'm having more confident to face emergency situations if any. Without bitcoins, definitely I would have not been this much serious about savings.

How serious is BTC to you? Could you look at it as a foundation of business/job or is it just an exciting hobby/experiment?
Its pretty serious to me, I consider it as important as my bank balance. But if you make those two differences then for me its more like an hobby or an experiment, I don't usually do business with btc nor I plan to do business with it, its just a online currency i use to buy digital goods, gamble and for investment.

I feel energetic when I read such responses towards bitcoin. Yes bitcoin is much more than mere fun and it has potential to have a crucial role in our day to day life. It can really change our life and the way we use to transact. To be honest, I see bitcoin as much more than money part and I am deeply impressed with this revolutionary technology.

Well if it wasn't serious it wouldn't have a market cap of whooping 10billion $. I think bitcoin is very serious. If something happens to it, we will learn how serious it is. I hope we never find out.

I read some replies, mainly in the Mining section that said mining was a fun hobby for them and not a thing that they could continue doing as a business. In the Project Development section I found many projects that generated profit like your local businesses.

How serious is BTC to you? Could you look at it as a foundation of business/job or is it just an exciting hobby/experiment?

I consider bitcoin as a part time job.Obviously it's important for me.It giving me extra income beside my job.Whenever I get free time I search online for bitcoin job.So, in off period I could earn some btc which is really helpful for me.

Bitcoin is the first decentralized and open source currency, I know it's hard to get into mining as a normal person with limited resources and funds to start mining and many of alt coins took advantage of such fact in hopes of people to get involved and make up for their missed time on bitcoin but as we see apparently only bitcoin is the real deal but we might as well see other coins to rise in price in the future.

Wow that is great for you, Can you tell me if what country are you from? I hope your country will be the same here because we can't use our bitcoin as a money and spend it as a normal currency every day. That capability is a great sign for us because we can know that bitcoin is starting to be a primary currency in a few countries.

I believe that the proposal to make the economy more decentralized is one of the things that make Bitcoin a serious project. This is something that could solve problems of the modern economy, and this demonstrates the importance of the success of this.

This is interesting for I only hear about how people lose with trading. Can you tell is he trading altcoins or he is profiting from The Bitcoin fluctuations?

To the OP's question, yes Bitcoin is a serious thing to me. In fact more than a half of my hopes to become rich are connected to Bitcoin.

A saw a lot of people here talking bitcoin is something serious a lot and that's reflect on the price and that's why bitcoin will increase a lot(talking about community and value).

This is the future, hope one day we can have a giant net of users/jobs/commerce.
Just like the fiats are mere piece of paper should people refuse to accept it as money and means of settlement, so is our seriousness and faith in bitcoin, pivotal for its stability and wider acceptability. It is unfounded to think the authorities may want to declare bitcoin illegal or attempt to ban it, because they are already late and I doubt the feasibility in the first place, of a ban on something that is decentralized and  unregulated.
