I didn't have this kind of problem. Sync was fast.
Number of active nodes is bigger each day, so this cannot be network issue.

ICO, Crowdfunding Market Value and Exchange
We are not planning an ICO. We have no plans of a crowdfunding campaign either. The project is not holding tokens. We are and want to stay independent. Our development funds were secured by our early token sales to angel investors of pre-mined tokens.
We are, however, planning to take the IoP token to the market soon – after this announcement. We expect a market value of $12 per token since that was the last price contributors received during this early days of the project.

I just have a question in which trading site that will add IoP?

Please check if your Country is listed in our spreadsheet, if not than add comments to new row, if your Country is listed check if any Spot is left to Claim and claim your Mining Licence, it's easy, you can get mainnet Mining Licence for example by running testnet mining node or by supporting Fermat in your country with twitter or facebook account created for Fermat.. and many more

its CPU only, you mine with your IoPd (daemon) from experience best is to mine with 4 cpu VPS running 4 instances of daemon. You cant mine with more than 1 cpu per instance. get your IoP address whitelisted & happy mining.
