How mining IoP works?

We are organizing in country chapters in this stage, there are a called President with this tasks:  find new chapter members for your chapter (for example, developers, marketingpeople, investors) - build social media reach (like twitter, facebook, steem or what ever) - and very important, be online every day (the chapter leaders must be very accessible).
