wemineltc seems ok for me, but I'm not the kind who actually investigate whether they're charging 0% as stated.

i'm using ltc.kattare.com, but i'm mining with a cpu (will receive my gpu tomorow), seems pretty good.

I'm using ltcmine.ru.
It is simple and stable.

Same here ...
PPS but with a bearable fee (2.5%) ...
No minimum amount for withdrawal and no withdrawal fee neither. Mined coins are moved each hour on the account from which you can withdraw them.

Also I like the minimalist interface.

As I don't have a full time mining computer and tend to regularly (a few times a day) stop mining to do others things, PPLNS on other pools was killing my income.

Well, probably quite similar ... except that the last few time I tried to register to litecoinpool, I got refused (their policy is to refuse new users if their share of the global hash power exceed 25% I think).
Now that many people are returning to LTC, I think registering there should not be a problem anymore.

http://coinotron.com no issues there, been mining for about a month.  the site seems to get ddosed some but doesnt seem affect my mining.
