I am selling my goods into various buyers. Yet, some buyers do not pay once they received the goods. So what is the best do you think should I do in making transaction. I don't want to lose costumers but I don't want to lose my money too.

Use escrows. There's a list here, some of them doesn't even charge a fee. In case you don't know what escrows are, read this (or google).

Get them to send half-4/5ths before you mail the good out and then get them to send the remainder. Get them to send whatever would cover or majorly cover the cost of the item, and then get them to finish it up after that. It might not be a perfect plan, but it should help to mitigate a majority of the issues you're having. If people don't want to pay for it beforehand, then skip out and think of it like you dodged a bullet.

what goods do you sell? like longbob72 said, you can use escrow to cover the risk. i have another suggestion, i think before you send the goods, you can asked them to paid first, not full but for half price first or 75% from the price and you can offering to them to make the payment for two time, first is when the goods ready to be send, and two is when the goods is arrive in destination so if something bad happen, you still have the money although you get loss for the money but its not for full money.

First thing that you must consider if you are trading is that you must know first your buyers. Know their basic info and identity to avoid hoax. Another thing, if you sell goods, you must secure your buyers' payments first before they receive the item. Or for more secure transaction, a face to face deal with trade is more dependable. This is what we call, cash on delivery process. By this, you can secure your transaction with your buyers.

If people were buying your goods, make sure he was making any transaction for your escrow, and your escrow was going any confirmation for you if the amount already in his escrow wallet.

If you want not to lose customer and you dont want to send first. use escrow there are many trusted escrow here. Its either your customer send first or use escrow and use your customer to give feedback to you, so that if your new customer see that they didnt think that you are scammer

if you are a trusted seller like having an old website or something like that you get paid first and then send the goods just like many others, i have actually never heard of someone who sends the goods first and then get paid!
and as others have said if you don't have a site or your are new and don't have any history of trust you go through escrow.

2) After you got a good reputation, they can send first to you.

the best way to make transaction is by downloading the app zebpay and create a account there selling there bitcoins if are an indian otherwise u can transaction with localbitcoins .but be careful there . because there are a lot  of spammers and trying to fool u .but always go for trust worthy people and verified accounts .which is best for u ..kudoos

- Never deal with newbie members without escrow in middle or even don't trust some high ranked members if they don't have very good reputation.
- If price of item is very high try to use escrow for deal between anybody.
Also it depends upon what you are selling, if it is in digital form than try to use platforms like https://bitify.com/ and https://satoshibox.com/

If I would start selling goods, I would wait the buyer send the money first to me. This is the procediment used by all the shopping sites I know. If you are a reputable seller, buyers won't complain about this rule.
If you aren't very reputable yet, use a trusted escrow service, that is a guarantee of a succesfully transaction for all the parts. Or join a shopping online site and put your goods to sell there.

Look for a reputable member,find a nice escrow who can make the transaction fast and make sure to give correct details about the deal.Also make sure the escrow is active most of the time,otherwise the deal will prolong which isn't really nice.Also make sure that the escrow is willing to give you all the information you need about the other member who you deal with and does not hide any important information.If you follow these steps you shouldn't have any problem with making the deal.Good luck

I am curious now. What do you sell. Surely you have heard of escrow? You must use it. You have their coins released to you on delivery. I think you must always ask for the money upfront. Its best to practice business that way.

You needed a reliable escrow platform which make your customer that the thing you want to exchange or make deal is satisfied when the escrow person got the information that the product is got by tge customer is totally satisfied then he will release payment .

A lot of people here are suggesting that you use an Escrow service, but they should rather suggest that you use a trusted Escrow. Do your homework and research before you just jump into Escrow services, there are dodgy Escrow services too.

Just remember to absorb the cost of these Escrow services into your selling price, and I will suggest that you start with small transactions until you have built a trust relationship with the Escrow. ^smile^

its really hard to see our customer don't pay for the price but i think before you sell, you need to make approach with your customer and asked them to use escrow to anticipate bad thing. is your customer is fine then you can continue, but if not, better to not make a deal with him. better we make a deal with few people but they are really serious to make a deal with us rather than scam person.
