Yes, Bitcoin is dipping again, they say due to several reasons. I guess Bitcoin would be struggling more with national government restrictions and such news about national regulations would influence the growing  tendency of Bitcoin harmfully. I think one reason is because bitcoin is in a low price since its 20000 Dollar mark. I think the big dip happened because of the shifting of years and some cryptocurrency banning in some countries. The adoption and development of blockchain by banks is a proof how decentralization and blockchain technology will prevail and will be the future of banking system. If I were you, I would buy BTC at this time because the price is go down as stone. Afterall it is crypto. After all btc is still secondary or not a primary. So you can buy now and wait for the time that it will increase again. But as of now, unfortunately I have no capital now
