Trust feedback can only be removed by the person who gave them. In your case it's from a mod (check the trust page in your profile if you didn't know that). Good luck getting it removed.

Contact whoever gave you the Negative Feedback (You can find them in your Trust page), try to get them to remove it.

Don't bother to contact the staff about it, they do nothing about negative trust because the system is not moderated.

In most cases it is quite simple:
Step 1) Stop participaing in signature campaigns while creating posts of low quality.
Step 2) PM the person that left the rating (that would be me in this case).
Alternatively, if you "promise" to improve I could switch it to neutral which would put you on my watch list.

You can't remove it yourself but if the guy that sent you neg trust is willing to remove it at a later stage then you have definitely a chance to remove it from your profile As Lauda already said if you are willing to stop what you are doing then he'll happily take that neg trust away. However if you don't follow through with your promise then i'm pretty sure that red paint is here to stay
