Be aware:
Premine = 121475 Coins
Equals 9718 blocks
About 576 blocks daily
Time taken to mine that = 16,87152777777778 days of free mining.

Lets compare Zclassics rate at bottom of 0.002 Btc

0.002 Btc x 121475 Coins =
242,95 BTC Premine

Your Mistaken, it would equate to 242.95BTC worth of ZDASH if it was valued at 0.002BTC per coin, there are bounties for those coins too if you fully read the Announcement.

Comma and the dot can both mean decimal point.

They let us laugh when premine is dumped and guys here are fighting about dots and commas.

By 17 days of mining, you need to calculate the dumps at 242.95 + 242.95 BTC. But, I insist, supporting all forms of zcash forks is good for the new technology. Who else knows, will the dev deliver something new in the future once Zdash gains momentum. Or he may try to rid off some existing bugs.

let's start at
(121475 x 0.0001) = 12.1475 BTC
but !!!
why not (121475 x 0.01) = 1214.75 BTC
or even better
why not (121475 x  0.1) =  12147.5 BTC
or even the best
why not (121475 x 0.5 ) =  60737.5 BTC

We can speculate all day here and in the end the market will decide
My personal favorite is that it starts low and goes up slowly.
So far the early start hype has been costly to every project I have seen.
I would rather see a few weeks of low price on the market and we go from there.

As far as the premine is concerned I would like to see a few devs submit work for bounties.
and submit that work in the form of open source so any open source project can use it.
The bounties we offer now and will offer later, are only a small token of appreciation to those
hard working devs who enrich us with their open source contributions.
I am not paying anyone out of pocket, market speculators will.
The more contributions we get the faster we climb that price ladder.
Do I or anyone working on the dev team stand to make any profit?
Yes we do, but I will be transparent with what everyone gets and will publish
a google doc with what every one gets. Whether it's a bounty or devs pay.
I will move the premine to a transparent address occasionally so you can see
for yourselves what is being spent and where.
If this does not satisfy your inquisitive nature, I have nothing further that will help.

Actually comma denotes a whole number and . (Decimal) denotes a place value that is less than a whole number, hasn't counting the 8 decimal places in satoshi taught you anything about making a whole number Cheesy

So many Newbies here trying to confuse each other on the launch time, Trolls are already welcome and in place Cheesy

Go here www.thetimezoneconverter.com and put the Launch Time (Tuesday 9PM) and TimeZone (GMT) in the first half and with the 2nd half just enter your Local Timezone.

When in doubt, dig it out.

zDASH makes it sound there will be masternodes.

It's Zdash, and no masternodes are planned.

If staking came into ZCash clones then the perfect name for one of them would be ZStakeEZ Tongue

When in doubt, dig it out.

Nothing wrong with a pre-mine as long as it is being used for development.

This pre-mine is nothing compared to ZCash's 20% for 4 years, nor is it much compared to Zclassic who aren't getting anything done without a bounties/development pre-mine.

Hey there, coin name ZDASH doesnt fully reflect the reality in here, would u consider rebranding to a simple catchy ZCRASH, that would be a good name to outline ur honesty and freedom from hypocrisy.

Premine wouldn't be a problem when there wouldn't be a track of devs past performance of riding the wave of cloning with premine than forking combined with sweet talk and at the end abandoning his project/s.
