Let's commit ourselves, in army spirit, to always search for "bitcoin" whenever we visit amazon. Even better. Whenever we see a search engine. shiuuu!!..    |

Trust me, Amazon knows about Bitcoin ;-) I am pretty convinced the also want to implement it. However, the one thing they fear the most is their conversion rate. Adding a new payment method will, unfortunately, confuse some people.
Till Bitcoin is more known, I doubt we will see it on Amazon.

Trust me, this would soon bring attention to publishers and make them more interested in publishing books about bitcoin    |

Of course they want to implement it if possible, as it will hurt one of their main rivals in the long run (paypal/ebay) but they are probably still concerned about the legality. |

The way I see it is this would be one of the tipping points.
 1. Amazon starts accepting bitcoins as a payment method.
 2. Amazon starts paying vendors in bitcoins.

Do I see it happening? Maybe.. But this would drive some demand for the coin that's for sure.

Considering that Bezos prefers to dive the seas in his spare time, it is probably highly likely he does not even know what Bitcoin is. I am not going to even speculate how difficult it would be to set up a Bitcoin based payrol for a such a big company as Amazon (about 35000 employees). Amazon + Bitcoin ain't going to happen, sorry... |

This is how i will look for a top. Ignore the price, the price is almost meaningless for assessing these things. the day amazon starts accepting bitcoin you will know we are near the top. after that id give it 1 more week for new excited capital to flow in then i would cashsilver out. |

Couldn't they just have prices adjust either when items are added to cart or in realtime?  Our ticker APIs do it, the exchanges do it, couldn't vendors do this too? |

Oh Loaded, who art up in Mt. Gox, hallowed be thy name!  Thy dollars rain, thy will be done, on BTCUSD.  Give us this day our daily 10%30%, and forgive the bears, as we have bought their bitcoins.  And lead us into quadruple digits | | |
