PD: This coin seems sketchy as fuck, the supposed "DEV" shows up once in a month, they PREMINED way more than the current available supply and they're taking the roadmap too slow. No self-promotion, no advancement, no nothing...

I wouldn't be surprised if they're dumping the 5% premine "for bounties" in a daily basis.

I would like to talk to a dev about this coin so I can put some information out there.  I left a message in Slack 3 days ago and nobody has even replied to it.  Until I hear from someone through either Bitcointalk or Slack I would advise people to stay away.  As far as I can tell, there is nobody working on this project.

As soon as I hear from someone in either place who can tell me what is going on with KURT I will revise this post to give you the information.

what I observe is that the older the excutable is, the more virus the online virus detection (such as totalvirus) will report. I've seen this in many other coins like Zcoin etc. It doesn't make sense.

if you have concerns you can always build  the wallet from source, like I just compiled Kurrent from source, and then totalvirus did not detect anything significant:

I still haven't been able to use the Mac OS X wallet.  The site looks like it's down and there are a quite a few broken links.  Tried from this post:

the site is back online, it was a temporary maintenance.

windows wallet link is working... its the same as always, the file is just overwritten.

Only win for now... will revert with more updates.
