And it's not all.
Most of wallets don't work. For example BCH, ZEC, EMC2 (hfork?), and others... and when you transfer this coins you may lose it's forever!

I actually sold my BTC for Doge then withdrew to my Bittrex Doge address (with only a very small 'withdrawal' fee) to buy Ripple, with no issues. Phew!

Congrats. You're lucky. Users who deposit to this wallet, can't do (know) anything... because status about this wallet shown on another page, and button "generate deposit wallet" works fine. Based on support they try to fix this, but I can't see any changes in blocks on status page.
Anyway congratulation! Now you can sleep well.

Same problem, account locked after 2FA googleauth setup, OTPs just didn't worked during my next login. Looks like they have 3 different QR codes for login, transfers and withdrawals, I scaned all 3 QRs through my GoogleAuth app, but just 1 line was added in GoogleAuth app for TradeSatoshi and as I said before I locked my account trying to login. I have submited a request from the site, but still no any respond.

Same as above except that I can login. I just can't withdraw or transfer.
Google Authentification only added the login QR code, but ignored the other 2. Opened a ticket via their support.

EDIT: issue fixed in less than 12 hours on boxing day! That was super quick. You should probably send an email in future to tell people when it's done

Well, in my case, I'm having a REALLY bad experience with this exchange. To make this worse, the fee aren't cheap and I've paid it twice for no reason.

I've tried sending bitcoins to 2 different addresses. Nothing is getting sent. Can I ask why?

This is so bad that the amount has been deducted from my TradeSatoshi wallet.

Tried to track it on blockchain info. And I can confirm nothing got sent to that address. Yet, I can see it in the withdraw page on Trade Satoshi.

I've opened a support ticket (#8413 [Withdraw] - Missing BTC). No response yet.

Out of desperation, I decided to withdraw all my funds from the wallet. Yet again, nothing is getting sent.

Tried to send to this address:  1FmV1NnkWzwtwKZBqpaFnvQag59vM133fS.
Again, tracked it. And nothing was received.

This is really bad. Over £300, vanished.  I need someone to get back to me on this.
Thanks to all this mess-up, I'm missing valuable entry points in the markets.

Just so you know, I've confirmed that the addresses are correct, no typos. I used applications to check for differences in characters to confirm there is not typo. And there was none.

I'll appreciate if someone gets back to me ASAP on this, please.

Looks to me like you haven't authorised the withdraw by clicking on the link in the email. That's why the txid is 0 and there's a "Resend Email" option. The funds have not actually been sent yet.

Yes, I think that's the case.

@MikeyNull : For every withdraw request, tradesatoshi will be sending a confirmation email, just like other exchanges for security purposes. Check the email address you used during the registration and look for Tradesatoshi > WithdrawConfirmation email there. Once you saw the emails, double check the amounts and the addresses listed then click the link given to confirm the withdrawal. After that, your requests will be processed already.

What's going on here? Is TradeSatoshi just randomly losing Google Auth API keys or something?

I'm very nervous about logging out, even if I do set up 2FA again, because last time I did that I was locked out.

It seems I have a similar problem. When I logged in today I discovered to my surprise 2FA was disabled. I enabled it again but somehow something went wrong and now I can't login. Wrong 2FA code. I already send a request.

You were locked out before? Did support solve your problem?

update (after reading some posts): If I were you I wouldn't enable 2FA for the moment. I am locked out because of that.

I registered an account but hen I could not login using the username and password just created.
I used the forgot password function to get a mail to recover the login but did not get any mail.

Have anybody successfully created an account on tradesatoshi.com lately?
I am using chromium browser on Arch Linux (don't know if that matters).

Edit: Solved by register my account again a little bit later.

Does anyone have a fix for the 2FA issue?

I can't make a withdrawal without a working 2FA code and every code I receive and enter is wrong. I'd really like to get my BTC off of this exchange and haven't been able to do so for 3 days now. Support tickets have gone unanswered in that time as well.

I've seen their post on twitter about deleting and then rescanning the QR code, but it doesn't make sense. If I delete it off my phone, what good does that do? Their site will still think I have a working 2FA, and I can't remove 2FA off of their site without having a 2FA code to turn it off.
