lower the damn BTC withdrawal fee. It's higher than every exchange I've tried.  And this exchange runs slower has more issues than every exchange I've tried.  The moving funds to a different coin idea is good except that a lot of coins on this exchange aren't on others except for a few and those few often have price gaps making it also not worthwhile all the time.  Also combine that with being able to find the same coin with enough volume on both exchanges.

I'm not paying 20+ damn bucks every time I want to move BTC around.  I just won't use this exchange anymore.  Even .0008 like the others is meh, but it's far better than .002.

Ya that withdraw fee sucks... outside of that I'm happy with exchange.... I haven't lost any coins yet lol  

I withdraw BTC less often and accumulate, to help offset that fee. But as a result I am leaving more BTC in their wallet and that makes me nervous lol

Yeah I'm done with this exchange.  Been waiting what seems like forever just for a few sell order to go through with the little animated circles.  mean while getting this "Service unavailable!!!" constantly. Ridiculous. There's no way they don't make enough money with their fees to upgrade their servers.

*Tried to trade some coins for over an hour this morning with no luck at all despite several attempts.  Now my original coins are stuck in withdrawal pending status at 0 confirms.  Total nonsense.

i have a more then 5k xvg since february, that waits for wallet to be updated. even if the values is lower then half since february i still need my coins.

By trying login I have an error - Your account is locked.
Before this I activated 2fa (3 different qr code for login, withdrowal, transfer) and then I try to login. After login a had an error that 2fa code is incorrect but I still tried to login ... now i have an error  - Your account is locked.

I wrote a letter in https://tradesatoshi.com/Support and said about the problem and my registration email. Is this sufficient ?
 
Btw from my another laptop a can still use my account and put the orders ..
I am sure my 2fa correct i have an access to my registration's mail and i remember passwords .. So should i worry ?

It's happened a couple of times before. Their system seems to know you have 2FA enabled, but the (correct) value you enter from your device is rejected as invalid. It's like they've lost the private keys for the account's 2FA.

So it's most likely not your fault; you'll just have to wait for support to get back to you.

Oh no they are scammers all right.   After claiming they would provide a 1 to 1 btcp for zcl they kept a lot of peoples bitcoin private. 

Unfortunately they took close to hundred of mine!

I did not receive my BTCP's from tradesatoshi.com (after fork snapshoot ZCL/BTCP) !

All ZCl's (17.08987161 ZCL) were received on my account tradesatoshi.com before fork snapshoot ZCl/BTCP.

That's weird. Are you losing them without doing anything or when you are doing trades? It would be better to pull out your balance now before you ran out of funds.

Did you ask for support in their trollbox? If yes, I think that's normal. Asking support in trollbox is also prohibited in other exchanges (like cryptopia). The only way they would recommend is to contact/send ticket directly on their support page. Always works like that.
