never use this exchange they took all my BTCP, absolute scammers. im starting legal proceedings against them in small claims court in the UK

Why DOGE market move to 200 DOGE minimum trade? I loved this exchange because of the ability to make micro trades. Now I have no use for it.

Seems like they want to have fixed commission in USD, because of bearish market each crypto coin cost less so they gather less money from commissions. Still it's not something that will increase their monthly income so I'm not sure exactly. |

That's weird. Are you losing them without doing anything or when you are doing trades? It would be better to pull out your balance now before you ran out of funds. "System: Asking for support is not permitted." - xD  Did you ask for support in their trollbox? If yes, I think that's normal. Asking support in trollbox is also prohibited in other exchanges (like cryptopia). The only way they would recommend is to contact/send ticket directly on their support page. Always works like that. 29 satoshi regularly deduction is quiet alarming and shouldnt be done on any exchange and as suggested better pull out funds as early as you can before your entire balance would become 0.If i do see suspicious and shady stuffs into an exchange then better not to trust them.Why would go into these new or non so popular exchange if we do see good ones? Still it's not something that will increase their monthly income so I'm not sure exactly. They will normally set or adjust certain minimum price range into their commission on the current situation of the market.Profit do always matter since this is a business after all. |

I recall multiple people speaking in the old chat feature that they were in the Indonesia area, which makes their statement on the site of being UK based seem sketchy. |

Have you enabled Google Authentication in your account and you can't log in using the codes generated by google auth app or you didn't but the site is asking you for it? |

I also have same problem but they fix its my fault
the 2FA/TFA it should set up in 3 different codes for log in, withdrawal and transfer.
Just create a ticket, one suggestion keep a copy of details if you used different exchanges.

I should follow this up by stating that I did manage to log in without any intervention from staff. I use a password manager so there's no way that I mistyped my details. Anyway, it works now. |

Again, problems with not being able to accept my TFA. None of the other 10 or so exchanges I trade have this problem. Second time this is happening.
