Someone have  Bitmit escrow experience with big transactions? More than 5000$

How it works?
Buyer payment=> escrow=>delivery=>all ok=>payment  to seller ?
Buyer payment=> escrow=>not delivery=> what?

Buyer and seller point of view, really prevent fraud? Or not.
