I also think it's a little bit of people playing more when the stakes are low. Now that the popular ones have pretty high stakes (~1BTC) people are probably unlikely to play until it resets. Especially with the rapidly increasing prices. I played the orb and I know I'm gonna hold off on these until it resets.

Yes I agree that the html code is the same everywhere, but thats what makes it so easy to read. There are though, different styles around if you look well enough.
