For me, it's how futuristic it is. The cryptocurrency technology Bitcoin is so unique. Even if Bitcoin was not the first ever cryptocurrency, it is the most famous one and the most widely used cryptocurrency today. Another thing is that I believe this is the future of currency. This might be the next generation of finance. We can probably see that everybody will be using a kind of cryptocurrency shortly.

What attracts you towards bitcoin?
I'm asking this because it could be different from person to person. Different people may like different aspects of bitcoin. So what do you like the most about it?

I am a teenager and i spend a lot of time in net surfing.One day my friend suggested me to earn bitcoins,so i thought why not invest this time in earning bitcoins.I developed sudden interest in bitcoins cause I do not want to rely on my parents for every thing.

I prefer look into bitcoin potential in the future as a strong currency and accepted method of payment wherever you go, an easy way to connecting people in transaction without need to convert your money and charge so much fees. Moreover, bitcoin has highest exchange rate compare with any other currency. The most I like from bitcoin is be your own bank, control and manage your own bitcoin.

For me what attracts about bitcoin is the possibility to have full control over your bitcoin and send the value to anyone in the world with a fraction of a second. Also, you can keep something in a wallet and have the possibility to have it increases in value with the time.

because it is friendly to alternatives and the major steps towards security development. before bitcoin was born encryption was but useless and unknown to the general public, as of today it made how encryption for good causes. as an example: BIP58.
btw it allows asset representation. lol.

I'm amazed at it's technology and it's value,I never thought that your computer can produce money and you can convert your bitcoin to fiat and most of all it's being a peer to peer no company or group that will manage or restrict your account like what paypal is doing to it's clients.

What attracts me towards bitcoin? well, simply and i would say honestly, i have the opportunity to have money on  my own, bitcoin is safe and i can do some transactions here with a very low fees. Bitcoin gives also the freedom we have and it is worth to our trust. It is very convenient to use especially buying online. Bitcoin also the future money in this generation.

Well, there are lots of attraction why i used bitcoin.

-first and foremost, bitcoin gives me the freedom of what i want to do, sharing of ideas, opinions, asking questions
-bitcoin gives me a benefit, i can earn money from bitcoin
-it is the best cryptocurrency i know

-and can hold money in a younger age

Most of the time people gets attracted to bitcoin just because of its increased pricing. Second thing is the decentralization and other factors like reduced transaction fees, less time for sending and receiving even when the sender and receiver are in two extreme corners of the world.

Well, for me it's because bitcoin helps me to earn money by converting it to cash and it can be also use when I want to buy something online having a very fast transaction and free from hassle. The other reason why bitcoin is attractive is because it can be easily earn in many different ways, well the easiest one is earning bitcoin in faucets, and the rest needs skills for you to earn bitcoin like posting with a good post when you are in a signature campaign for you to get paid.

What really attracted me to Bitcoin is actually my quest to make passive income since I have extra time in my hands and rather than wasting my resources surfing the internet I can really make something no matter how little. But what kept me because I get fed of things easily is the fact of the new day with new issues on the forum and even with opportunity to meet great people, transact with them with truthfulness and they still value integrity is something I wished I had been here earlier...

The price for sure, i don't need to be anonymous, nor i have any big businesses or transactions to be done in other countries which i could do better with bitcoins than fiat, the thing that attracted me at first as well was its price, when i saw its price on google i could not stop myself but to get involved with it.

It's the most interesting sociological experiment of my lifetime. It highlights the capacity or restrictions of humankind's ability to work and play well with each other. It seems to magnify avarice while simultaneously fostering cooperation. Monstrously fascinating!

I like the fact that it is a disruptive technology. We need alternatives in our lives, and Bitcoin offer us the alternative. If we only had one option for everything, that option would take advantage of their position and they would start to exploit that position. A perfect example of this is the banks. They are in a position of power, because they offered us money and now we are under their control with the debt.

Bitcoin is the alternative to many centralized payment options and also remittance services like MoneyGram/WU that are exploiting people with high fees.  

I agree. Debt is created to control people and enslave them for their life time and their children. Money is just created out of air, Governments are printing currencies out of thin air and they circulate it  among their citizens. It all just based of "TRUST". I recommend everyone reading this post to watch "Bitcoin the end of money as we know it". It is a wonderful documentary which will open your eyes.

To both you guys and anyone else. FYI, central banks and governments do not create "money" ....correctly said its "currency" ... more specifically "fiat currency" when it comes to government enforced "currency"

Examples of money ... "real money" is something like gold.
Bitcoin, by design is intended to function similarly but it has yet to prove if its a store of value over long periods of time. For now its like a "pseudo money". It definitely functions as a "currency"(mind you not "fiat currency"), jury is still out on if its "real money"



Now, to why I like Bitcoin....
2 words: "Monetary Freedom"
I can do what I want, when I want, where I want, I can have as much I want ... without anyone else saying otherwise, using bitcoin.

Its technology is fascinating and one of a kind, we are all fortunate enough the "creator" left us the source code to improve upon their idea over time.
Never before in human history has something existed as versatile and free as Bitcoin - as a monetary component.

for the honest, i am here its because bitcoin offering to me to make money with buy and sell bitcoin and this is my main purpose to still use bitcoin until now. its been fun and i have many experience since i know bitcoin, from faucet, cloud mining, hardware mining, many altcoin, and every thing else.

For me as being from one of the developing country, we don't have any option to make cross country payments so hard for us to buy anything online out of our country. And also paypal like services doesn't offer their services to countries like ours and often band/froze accounts without notice.

Now after i started using bitcoin there was not any such problem and i can pay anywhere online to get items from outside my country as well as bitcoin fees are really low than any other payment methods that is another reason for me to use bitcoin.

Not only as payment option, bitcoin has also been profitable as investment for me.

There are several reason that attracts me towards using bitcoin like ;

1. I don't have to worry about getting my bitcoin stolen/frozen (like in other payment processors)
2. As being decentralized no government can shut down bitcoin like liberty reserve (i have lost hundreds of $) before.
3. Transaction fee is almost less than 1% without any extra fees/commissions added to usual fees
4. I can store millions usd worth of bitcoin in my bitcoin address without giving any personal information or without worrying about somebody gonna find out about me holding those large amount of bitcoin.
