I as well also following that hack me bounty thread. Someone accept the challenge it is UGMZ. He said we will give him a month in order to penetrate bitdice system. I hope he will find a hole in bitdice system in order to aware bitdice that their system is not secured and some pro hackers can penetrate and do some coding to their system to steal money from them. Anyways Good Job bitdice for making your security strict and for now not hackable.
The fact that that bounty hacker will require a month to crack bitdice security to try and penetrate is already a proof that bitdice has done a good job in implemwnting a very secure security in their site. It'll be nice to see what that bounty hunter will be able to do after a month. I'll follow him and see if he'll be able to crack bitdice security.

I follow this too, but I wonder will they do this? If a hacker is very talented, he will spend time on this? I think they will hack fiat bitcoin exchanges, like bitfinex and bitstamp epic hack case, best hackers focus on them and need only steal once(more tan 10k btc), the huge money can feed their family for 10 centuries. Maybe ordinary level hackers will do this

Yes, usually hackers will not prefer long attempts (they do want quick results or they will move on to next things) so, literally we are already in safe with respect to bitdice's security systems and measurements.

I always do check that topic for update till date, bitdice's ideas are proven as rock solid against hackers.

But, needing email verification all the time to white list a device will not be annoying anyone ? I agree that we need to bear this for the sake of better protection. Maybe some enhancement like once per day or anything similar to that may make this feature more stronger imho.

I don't think it is something annoying. BTW it only requires email verification for new device/IP/Browser. However you can opt it out if it is unnecessary or annoying for you. So far everyone is concerned about their security so I don't think most of them would go for that option.

I have spend some time in that type of thing and I know well that none of the hacker have the ability to hack that type of security alternatively they have to hack the email address on which the account is registered if someone get access to the email then he will open the account from that place. Which I think will also be much secure if the owner is expert and know how to choose and secure the password of his email address.

Those hackers who give up are not often as expert hackers those with low knowledge about hacking leave as they do not know the other methods while the expert hackers which you can see working on the hacking procedure till now know all the procedures and they continue their struggle till end. But with the device security system I am sure that no one is able and will be able to hack that account.

Yeah, you can choose to use a 2FA code instead of email approvals if it becomes annoying. Or turn it off entirely which would weaken security of your account. I'd recommend everyone at least using some form of 2FA for the added security.

i think bitdice has really good security so why to put 2FA again? Emails sure pretty annoying but it is more secure than 2FA for some people. You can't do both of this? 2FA and email for both securty to make sure no one can even hack into our account?

2FA and Email is good combination for security purposes so if you cant decide you want to put then put the both for back up purposes i know you will have to work more about it because you are doing 2 features in your website but as long as we are talking about security you should work for it.

No, hackers aren't easy giving up types. i think the expert hackers won't be willing to hack/bypass bitdice just for 1 btc, either they need more bounty/ time to figure out how to get more once there're in.

And on top of that if they are black hat they will take that btc for themselves.
Atleast if they are white hat or even gray hat they will hack that account but give it back or to charity. Maybe even to the people that lose their dice bets there. Wink

That is why it is important to have a secure website when betting, and I might say Bitdice as of experience has one of the best security. Even I is having some time to validate my log in to the site. For the overall security of the site I might say that it has no bottlenecks.

I don't think that it is a good combination of security purpose. Gamblers will find it annoying if that will work at the same time.

The same thing as it is being done with the exchange sites they are just choosing one from it, whether they will use 2fa or confirmation via email.

And I don't think bitdice will have that light security with those login protection as the devs know hackers will penetrate from behind not in front-end.

Security is not going to be convenience for sure however it will almost guarantee your safety so either you like it or not it is for your own good just like a medicine. If someone has the ability to penetrate tight security probably it is almost impossible for him to penetrate a gambling site as there are far other exchange sites that store more users funds.

Thanks Boxxob. I guess since this round is completed users who are interested in joining other signature campaign are allowed to join now.

BTW you are really doing a great job out there. I appreciate decisions and rules you made throughout the whole campaign period. Really great to see someone new in this area shaping up quickly.
He is currently new on the forum he need to follow Lutpin, Yahoo62278 and managers like you in order to keep the company running well and in order to make the members of the forum love bitdice. He have to take my suggestion as serious because the above mentioned managers are really the masters of managing campaigns and they have given the success to a number of companies.

You contacted the bitdice admin regarding my competence earlier. Why did you go to him instead of explaining whatever problem you might have to me? You said I have been threatening participants and denying posts that were in the right sections. I'm assuming you're referring to this week. As I stated in a post earlier most of the denied posts were due to a bunch of posts made in a single day and for what is called post bursting. Are you saying I'm wrong to remove participants who posted up to 14 posts in a single day just to get their payment? I don't see the problem there. I'm also assuming you're posting under an alt so why are you bringing this up from an alt account?
I contact him because you are going to destroy his business.
I am  worker with Bitdice campaign and if I am removed from the campaign then consider that you have definitely destroyed bitdice.
Till the time I am in campaign you are lucky.

Hey mate,
Just want to ask on how Manager Boxxob would destroy bitdice site? You already mentioned that you are one of the participants of signature campaign and being kicked and now you are angry on Boxxob? Being kicked does have a reason and manager cant kick anyone if they done nothing wrong.I dont want to flame up but just move on and dont keep on whining. Peace Cool

Why you did not come with your main account which is on bitdice campaign? Are you too afraid to do it? I dont see something wrong with boxxob, he managed the campaign well so far. You should follow the rules, or you are out. Thats all

He don't use his main account because he might be scared on exposing it and possibly be tagged by DT because of that behavior.I cant really see any errors regarding on Boxxob's handling and as I have read on the signature campaign thread there are members being kicked because of post bursting. Its just really a right move to be done by a manager.
