Site isnt down but i cant logged in.Try to refresh but the issue is still the same.I do see there are 16 online.Am i the only one experiencing?

Your not the only one with this problem. I can open the site but I can't log in to Bitdice either, the online counter in the top keeps jumping from around 7 to 15 online, it seems like an Internal Server Error on the site. Hope it will be fixed soon. |

We're having login issues due to upgrades on our server provider's end.
Still can't access using indonesian IP, get a warning "Internet Positive". Question: did Alex really not want to fix this problem? Login using VPN is not a problem for me, but it is rather uncomfortable if at any time visiting Bitdice must first enable the VPN. hmmm ... login successfully using VPN but a blank white screen appears, have to wait a little longer until all content (game/chat) from bitdice is visible. |

It is ok here. Did you try other servers? In such cases, I use a direct proxy instead of a VPN. Maybe it is a DNS related problem, check all one by one. |

I really dig the slots (satoshi's secret) one thing does bother me, though, I don't see any ads but whenever I try to play anything it says, 'requests to the server have been blocked by an extension', I mean, I don't mind turning off the adblock but you don't have ads anyways, do you?

Possibly a geo restriction? Does it only happen on certain games? Can you check if you can play certain providers games and if issue persists on all games of a certain provider or is it just random? |

but they offer way more games and leagues than what bitdice is offering , so I'm assuming you aren't adding all the options from your provider ?
hope you can add as much leagues as you can , I still have access to the fiat site but would be way more happy if I bet with coins not cash

that would be really great also noticed that bets on sports aren't included in the players' stats and as I noticed they aren't counted toward your loyalty program , so are you going to include it later or there is no plan to do that ? |

Yeah, we aren't adding all of them. We'll probably consider more at a later time. Hopefully you would add it up so that we can have more options to look at on making a bet but somehow its understandable on not to add up because this isnt a sportsbook after all. |

Just tried using three different indonesian IPs (using a proxy only though not VPN so maybe it wasn't as effective in showing up on the server) and it seems to work fine from my side. Maybe a few more tries because yeah, we need to weed this out @Landak did you check with your Internet Service provider if they have blocked gambling sites, if they haven’t try clearing your caches and cookies in most cases this fixes the problem. If the issue yet persists then drop the support team a message on intercom, and state your IP address they could check it in their logs. In case you need support here get in touch with @boxxob or @kollah they’ll help you with this issue. |

tried placing handball bet today but the site was showing me error after I tried to

Im seeing it too and at times like this when the network is bloated.Tx confirmations is mainly affected so LN integration would be ideal to be add up but lets see if Bitdice will considerate such thing. |
