Not to redig things up, but there is one explanation for why the slots have such a "high" minimum threshold and it's because the service providers of these slot titles actually set the price of wagers and of jackpots in US dollar rates. At the time being, because 1 cent (which is the lowest most titles will let you bet) is just over 100 satoshi and they probably round it up. You find the same at the same slot titles anywhere else, I'm sure.

@BoXXoB I totally agree with your statement that one cannot rush into making a website, and these days people do not tolerate messy websites hence it’s best to take some more time rather than rush it.

The delivery of only 5% of the promised usage of the invested money after 2 years is clearly the criminal offense of investment fraud!
